The contractor did a great job setting up TV with cable on June 27. He connected cable remote and everything was just as hoped for. Loved the picture. Made you feel like you were right in the scene. Then it happened. Two weeks later, I pressed the 'Power' button on the remote and the cable worked but TV did not come on. The red 'controller' light on the bottom of the tv was on so there was power to the tv but no picture. Tried contacting Best Buy to get service, I was 300 minutes way down the line. Called Samsung, no luck. Finally went on-line. Found a website that recommended things to try. Unplug for 60 seconds, reconnect. It worked. TV and cable came on. Perfect. Then, a week later, it happened again. Unplugged, reconnected. TV came on. Went to Best Buy. Geek Squad wouldn't talk unless they got paid. This is not service!!! What good is a product if you can't get an answer. I haven't even had the chance to ask. It has been less than 3 weeks after I bought it and twice the TV has not worked. Is this an on-going problem? Did I buy a TV that requires unplugging every week? When it works, the TV is great but I don't know if I would recommend Best Buy or the TV to anyone.

I got this tv 45 days ago. It is many times advanced than my previous TV. Awesome picture quality with natural colors. It is worth enough for the price I played. I can recommend this to any one who is looking for a best TV for the best price.

Liked it so much I bought another one. Very light and thus easy to mount. Picture is amazing (once you turn off smooth motion in expert settings) and sound is good enough that even listening to Spotify is enjoyable. Best smart tv I've used so far.

Love the TV. Picture is sharp & sound, great. My only complaint and it is a small one is the small remote. It is difficult to use and I've reverted to the one from my cable company. But overall TV is great, especially at the price.

This is my first tv that is 4k UHD and I am excited and glad that I purchased it ... it is like watching a play and you see the people actually there instead on tv... the color is awesome and I am in love with my tv

bought this TV for my teenage son. He loved it the picture quality is amazing. He no longer wants to watch tv in the living room, herather sty in his room on his new tv. The color of the pictures are super realistic. Glad we purchased this product.

I love Samsung TVs, but I’m impressed with this one considering the great price. The picture quality, the resolution, & how vibrant the colors pop; I definitely enjoy it. Also, it’s a light tv and looks nice. I recommend it!

This is my first 4K tv, and the picture quality is night and day! Easy to set up, has plenty of apps. I’ve owned this for a few months now and have had zero issues, highly recommend. I wish I would have gotten a 4K television sooner.

Decent entry 4K TV for the money. There is occasional screen stutter dropped frames that prevents me from giving this TV 5 stars. TV is pretty light and was easy to mount on a wall or set on a table.

EZ setup, great picture! Purchased this for my aging parents that were having a tough time with 3 different remotes. This TV simplified there life! As well as opened them up to use and enjoy Netflix! Thanks BB and Samsung!

Display is super crispy, clarity colors and picture are more defined I wish the remote had light up buttons. I am really happy with the purchase and price. For $50 dollars more you should move up to the 8 series. Highly recommended.

Needed to replace a tv that broke when my dog tossed her hard toy in the air and hit the screen. This tv is perfect size and was easy to set up. We’re very happy with the quality and features.

I could nitpick this tv but I feel like that would be silly given the price. I knew what I was getting when I purchased it and am very satisfied with it. It's a nice middle of the road tv and worth the very reasonable price.

This is a great TV at a great price. I am not technologically savvy, and set up was super easy. Picture quality is great too! I would highly recommend this TV!

The display looks really nice, the 4K on this looks so much more fluid than the 4K Vizio I have in my living room. The WiFi connectivity has been also really good, as I don’t have the best WiFi in my house the tv seems to handle it well. My only qualm is the volume difference between my cable box plugged in and everything else. I tried turning up just the box but it didn’t help. When I’m watching cable at a comfortable volume and I use voice control, the voice control volume is blaring. The Bluetooth connectivity also is kind of short. Other than that this tv has been great and I really love the voice control capabilities. It was easy to pair with my Alexa and it works very well.

Basically a very good tv. We are old and find the remote hard to use. Also we can’t seem to get local channels with the antennae. The tv was brought right to our door. Easy buying and receiving.

We've only had this tv for a couple of weeks but I can say that set up was easy and picture quality is on point. I don't feel like I can adequately give this 5 stars since we only just purchased it.

So happy with this purchase! Picture is excellent. Set up was so simple. This was to replace a living room tv...I am glad the old one finally bit the dust. The remote could be better, but honestly not that much of an issue.

Was looking for a second TV. Samsung only, but did not need to go Qled. Spoke with rep on floor. Very knowledgeable, came up with 3 choices. Vizio, TCL, Samsung. Hands down this Samsung won. Coupled this with a Magnolia team install. Everything went seamless. In, out, clean working, cleaned up afterwards. Was not in a rush, answered every little question we had. Cannot recommend enough but to say, let Geek Squad or Magnolia team deliver, install, and tutor you. It is money WELL spent. The tv is one of the best pictures I've seen that is NOT Qled, Oled or whatever. I highly recommend you let this tv be one of the tv's you check out. I think you will find it hard to find a better tv for the price. Btw .... I coupled this tv with a compatable Samsung sound bar. Turned out to be a good choice!
