My children made me do an upgrade in our "GreatRoom" This is the perfect addition in respect to quality, easy in operation actually...in all areas. You never go wrong with Samsung!

Fantastic clarity. Smart tv is very easy to program and use. It's light weight and can be placed by one person. The "legs" are sturdy and support the tv well making it very stable.

The picture and sound quality is simply amazing. I enjoy all the features and the ease of access to them. I would definitely recommend this to any one looking for a quality 50” t.v !

Very happy so far with this TV. This was a replacement for our ancient set in the bedroom - which essentially started powering itself on at odd hours and was not worth repairing. Setup was relatively easy, and quick. Selection of apps preinstalled worked perfectly for us. Was looking at a lower priced alternative, but it was sold out - but I am happy with this one. Will definitely look at this model or a similar one to replace my aging LCD Samsung for the living room. Only drawback is the remote doesn’t have a number pad to enter in channels. Is there a remote I can replace that with that has that capability?

Very easy to hook up. Has and excellent picture and better sound than I've had on most other tv's. Could have used another HDMI plug-in though. Would definitely recommend this tv.

I really appreciate the clarity and precision of this Samsung Series 8 TV. I use it for work projects and for relaxing with a movie. Good price. Great help from BB sales personnel.

Great TV for the price. The difference to me in something like this VS one of the $1,000+ TVs is just not worth it for the average viewer. If you are someone like me who was looking to simply upgrade in size and/or quality (my old TV was 10ish years old) this does the job and more. The negative reviews seem to be either people who got delivered a tv with a cracked screen (people need to stop doing that as its a delivery issue not a product issue) or someone who pays way too much attention to detail.

4 stars. Would receive 5 but remote control needs to be upgraded with added features and an explanatory feature. But over the TV is magnificent

It was for my bedroom. But I couldn't be happier with this tv. I'm a gamer an it takes my gaming to the next level. This tv makes everything pop.

I recently was looking to upgrade my Apple TV to the 4th generation device. I looked into getting a smart tv instead and this is the one I ended up buying because a friend had also just purchased it and he loved it. I am very happy with this purchase. I ended up paying a bit more than the cost of a new Apple TV but I got a WHOLE new tv with better 4K quality and sound plus all the apps included. This tv supports AirPlay as well which was also something I liked doing with my Apple TV before, so that was a plus and it pairs really good. Over all it was a huge upgrade from my previous set up and I’ve already recommended it to a few friends.

I love my new TV I can see very clear. Its easy to install and easy to access. I m super happy and excited I recommend this product to customers that are looking to buy a new TV.

I really love this tv. The picture is clear the sound is excellent. I gave it 4 stars because I don't like the functions of the remote.

this tv has a great picture and sound. the two items that could use improvement is a key pad on the remote and more hdmi imputs.

This is a very good TV set, especially for the price. Easy to set up, easy to add streaming apps and great picture quality. For an under $400 set, its a great value

Good picture, easy to operate and great value. I connect it to the hotspot on my iPhone and it works really well. Very happy with it.

Image quality is great and it is highly capable. I gave it four stars instead of five for two reasons. One, it could use one more HDMI input. Two, some of the apps it has will not download so they cannot be set up and used. For example, Disney+ app wouldn't download and install. Nor would HBOMax. Out of the four apps we downloaded to install TWO would not work. Very disappointing. However, the ROKU we have does work so we have been using the apps on that device. Everything else about the TV has been great!

I have a couple 7 series in the house and thought to take a swing at an 8. I have no regrets on upgrading. The quality picture and features are top notch. Don’t hesitate

Very good tv. It functions very well and has a great picture. It's app functions are good and fast. Glad I bought this tv!

Pros: Price, Ease of use, Remote, Value-Quality Cons: Set up on home screen, not as consumer friendly as I would like compared to my LG tvs.
