For over 50 years I only bought Sony TVs and never had a problem with them. This is the first AND last Samsung I will ever buy. The customer service agent even advised me to buy a New TV because the cost to repair it would be a fortune. You Live, you learn and you learn never to buy Samsung again!!

I decided to go with the series 8 over the Series 7 just for the better quality of picture it provides with the refresh rate. No choppy pictures just crystal clear!

Great picture and sound. Set up takes longer than I’d like and the voice remote is not the best. But I’d recommend for sure

I’ve not had the Samsung very long so my review is based on a short period of usage. It was very easy to set up, and it has an awesome pic. The colors are very sharp and clear.

This TV has a sharp picture and meets the usual high quality that I have come to expect from Samsung TVs The real 5 star in our deal was having the Geek Squad come to install it. My son has developmental disabilities and the Geek Squad tech (Joe ) rearranged his schedule to put my son's installation at the end of the day, when he wouldn't be rushed so he could explain things slowly (but not patronizing) and went over things more than once so he was confident on how to work the TV and the Universal remote. Im a grateful Mom!

This is a good second TV for my office. Picture is good enough. It has excellent features and and I got it for $350.00. Well worth it.

Only problem was the legs they stand on. One broke putting it inThought they were cheap but I like the picture and value of the tv.

Crisp clean picture for the value, anything under series 7 doesnt look as crisp as this, samsung smart tv always leading in extra features!

Have purchased 6 of these TVs between our office and home. Easy to use, great clarity and functionality makes this one of the better TVs on the market.

Absolutely love this TV. I finally upgraded from a somewhat crappy 38" to the 50" Crystal UHD (His is mostly used for PS4 and what a difference! I bought this on Black Friday with some decent sales and for being a fairly cheap tv (but not bottom of the barrel) it definitely meets my needs for image quality. In addition to built in apps for YouTube, Prime, Disney+, etc there are also free channels for those who don't have cable. These seem to be reruns, even on the news channels which is fine for me. Sound would be improved with a soundbar, although I'm not in a rush with this TV.

This is my second one I have purchased. Now 2 in the house. Great picture, easy to use. NOw just wait for the rest of the christmas presents to use on this.!

Great TV , it was extremely easy to setup, as soon as you hook up devices it knows what you're connecting. It has a great picture and the speakers sound great.

Best purchase yet! U am enjoying my new television..it shows a great picture and functions are easy to do...mounted on wall...I may never leave my bedroom ..

So far I’m loving the tv. Amazing picture quality, especially when playing games with the game mode giving me a smoother refreshing rate so less stuttering across the screen and the 4K is beautiful. Only complaints are that the game mode has to be turned on manually to give movies the same perk of the 120hz refresh rate when on a console, not sure about an actual Blu-ray player. And the sound is a bit lower than I would’ve liked. When compared to the 6 series it’s about half as loud but I’m ok with that since I don’t need the sound max level. All in all, extremely happy with my purchase

Best TV I ever had, so far. Apple TV and all the streaming apps built in; great sound and picture; easy to set up and connect to WiFi, apps, and iPhone. Outstanding!

I bought this TV brand new and I’ve only had it for two years and I’m starting to have issues with it. It just pauses, freezes and goes out, and a partial of the screen just blacks out… so disappointing I bought all my TV’s from Best Buy. I have a total of seven and this is actually my favorite TV in the house. So disappointing.!

I had to wait at Best Buy for a salesperson because of COVID-19 so it gave me time to check out all the TVs and this TV was away from the other not so pricey TVs that we’re bigger the more I kept walking back and forth the more I could see the difference in screen clarity so I ended up paying a little more for the tv was it worth it YES I have a 60” in the living room a cheaper brand it’s still very nice can you tell the difference between the TVs yes you can a big difference and it was easy to set up would I recommend this tv yes I would it is exceptionally good to watch worth what I paid so go get you one

Love it , very crisp and clear images , glad I got the series 8 , it was very easy on the initial set up . I do like the universal remote that comes with it .

The picture is good and the pricei certainly was right. Not thrilled with the remote control layout, but its primary used for gaming.

Clear sharp picture. Hung it on the wall instead on putting it on a table. It's a little hard to find the different shows. We were watching a show the other day when the power went off in the house for a few seconds, when it came back on we couldn't find the movie we were watching. We had to have our granddaughter set it up the first time before we used it. She didn't show us how it worked or the pass codes, etc. That's whats happens when your older & stuff is for the younger generation. HA ha
