Purchased this in an emergency when my ancient bedroom tv finally died. My husband hogs the livingroom tv watching sports so i have to have a backup in my bedroom. Very easy to set up. In fact. This was the easiest tv i have ever set up, EVER!

In love with my new tv. I’m no TV expert but for me picture quality, brightness and sound quality is amazing. I got mine open box for a great deal and have had 0 problems with it. Samsung quality doesn’t compare.

Replaced old tv in kids loft area. This is a great tv for the price and Samsung does not disappoint. If room has a lot of natural light there is a glare that can occur due to the TVs screen finish.

First it was on sale, then I ordered and paid on-line and did the curbside pick-up at my local Best Buy and installed it myself. The smart TV is easily accessed via its remote control and you can easily toggle between streaming and cable TV. It works great and we really like it!

A great Christmas Gift for my daughter and she Absolutely thinks it’s the Best gift ever. A Big TV and a Samsung. Brownie Points for Me (Mom) !!

Good picture quality it was very easy to set up compared to some of the other TVs I have owned very pleased with it the picture is unbelievable

I bought this TV to replace a 2011 40-inch Panasonic plasma which had no Smart features. I made up for that with a Roku Streaming Stick. I say that because I feel the picture quality of the old TV was superior to this one. Sizewise, the new one fits fine on the old stand, adding only a couple inches on either side. The price was affordable and of course, the Smart features make it a decent replacement. I'm considering a more expensive model to replace the older one in my rec room. That's a Panasonic as well.

Perfect TV for my needs including the all important HDMI ARC connection. Easy to set up and Tizen runs the streaming apps flawlessly

Love my new tv...it’s only 50” but looks huge in my room. Such a clear picture...took some getting used to. But I love it!!!

this was my first tv sadly and it has been the greatest so far no complaints!

I finally jad a reason to buy a smart TV. The colors are vibrant. It come with preloaded apps. The only thing is I had to still use my firestick because I wasn't able to download BET PLUS other than that i love the TV.. oh it only has 3 HDMI ports but I wasn't willing to spend more for a tv with more ports. The price was excellent. This purchase was definitely an upgrade

Very nice TV. The 50” is a great size for the bedroom. Samsung has excellent picture quality.

After the 3rd day of owning it, i got off gaming and as soon as it transitioned to the Home screen a green line going down on the left side of the screen appeared outta nowhere. And i get Samsung or almost any inexpensive tv will probably have this problem within the first few days but as long as it’s returnable I'm happy. And i had luck with an old model Samsung i bought back in 2012 that just gave out last year so Samsung does alright. Now I got a 55’ q60 in my living room and that one is fine so far after 7 months but i guess this Series 8 was just one of the bad batch. I was able to return it for another exact model, hopefully it goes alright with this one lol
