Make sure your purchase a geek squad plan or you will be on the outside looking in if you buy this tv and this unfortunately happens to you.

Great entry-level 4K TV

Picture quality is crystal clear and the colors are very nice. You definitely see the difference in the color quality between content in UHD with HDR, vs, regular HD content. I have enjoyed many hours of movie and TV watching on this television, and I hope to continuing doing so for years to come.

Love my Samsung TV

Playstation looks great on it, and the sound is great for the thickness of the TV, mounted up on the wall it sounds even better. Would give it 5 stars if the remote was more traditional and not reminiscent of a Fire TV remote.

I am still trying to figure out how to make everything work. I have had to call for assistance which I readily received but have to repeatedly figure out how to get out of some programs which I do not want to use or view. The instruction are very comprehensive and much more than I have the time for. Picture quality is excellent and I hope it will continue.

I do notice that the audio goes out for a second or two during DVD viewing (thus the 4 stars instead of 5), but other than that there are no major issues. The picture and sound is great. I thought a 50" would've been too large for my apartment, but it's a perfect fit.

I originally was gonna go with the 7 series but I am so happy I paid the extra $70. I was not expecting to see such a major difference between the quality of both screens but WOW! Definitely a great option if you're on a budget and don't want to spend $600+ on the QLED. The TV is VERY easy to set up and we had no complications with the set up.
