Great picture quality. very easy too use and set up

Pro - great picture to my old and somewhat undiscerning eyes. TV sound is nice balance but max output is quite low. Con - As many have said, why Samsung not throw in 4 mounting bolts that fit for a wall mount? We had to order an assortment online. The optical sound output is a constant volume and not controlled by the TV/Remote sound. This is silly. Much older TV's forever have had variable sound output. Quote from the TV's owner manual: "You can select which speakers the TV uses for audio output. External speakers may not be controlled with the remote control. When an external speaker is enabled, some sound menus are not supported" Amazing how technology keeps advancing while design is secondary and oftentimes regresses.

We purchased this TV at Best Buy and had a wonderful sales associate help us. We knew we wanted a 50” smart TV and we had done some research. When we went to the store this is the TV we wanted. After seeing the picture in the store, we had no doubt this Samsung TV was for us! Great picture! Great value for the money!

This is a really good tv. Now let’s just be 100 I’m not any kind of like tv snob so I have no idea what’s going on behind the scenes of this tv. (The specs!) But I needed a TV with a good picture that I can stream stuff on and at a good price so this fit the bill! Can’t speak to the longevity because I’ve only had it a month

Overall this is a great replacement tv for my prior Samsung tv that my cable box fried. The picture is very clear. The only downside is the volume. It is a little low which is fine for me but my husband has to turn it up to hear it .

This is a great TV for the price and I definitely would recommend to a friend. Picture is awesome with great colors and blacks are as as expected for the price point. This is a great mid level TV without many crazy bells and whistles, perfect for the bedroom.

Excellent color and voz command very easy to assembly

Picture quality is great and overall a nice tv. The first one I purchased however after about 6 weeks developed a 6” dark line across the top of the screen. Didn’t think that should happen and they replaced it and the new one thus far has been flawless.

Nice TV for the money. Not the cheapest but it comes with the samsung name and samsung quality. I am not a fan of the legs - my small TV stand is not wide enough for the legs and a pedestal stand costs extra as an after market option. I moved some TV's around to make it work. Nice picture.

Bought this for my grandson. He loves that it’s 50”. I got a great price with open box. He’s only used it for a couple of days because he lives in Ohio but he’ll be back for the summer that will be the real tester.

Great tv with good resolution. Tv remote leaves a bit to be desired and still haven’t been able to figure out chrome cast on it. The interface seems complex for no good reason like pressing so many buttons to change “input” instead of a simple remote button.

This tv was a great replacement for our bedroom. The 3 hdmi inputs are a great addition. I really like the fact that it is a smart tv, being able to enjoy all those extra channels at no cost as long as you have wifi or ethernet connection. So far haven't had any issues with this tv. Bought it at a nice price too!

I bought this TV over Memorial Day weekend because it was on sale and it was definitely worth the money. Best Buy took their time delivering it to me though; it took about 3 weeks to get it. The product is great but the delivery service wasn’t... would recommend though!

I never see a reason to buy a high dollar tv. They become outdated these days too fast and buying a tv that costs so much more makes you really regret it. This tv is nice. There are a few minor things that make you wish for a little bit more. Still it isn't anything major so it's well worth the purchase.

Samsung is my favorite brand of tv. I wish it was easier to plug headphones into. This is my biggest problem with the new ones. You can just plug into the back of the tv anymore. But always great picture and sound and price!

I had this TV since March 13th, 2021. It was a great TV from the display to the amazing sound quality. The TV has never been dropped or hit at all. Very well-maintained and clean. After a year and a half. The TV randomly stopped working. It will attempt to come on the back light will try, but no display will appear and it attempts to repeat this cycle like the software is stuck or a panel/LED may have gone out. I've tried hard resetting and holding the power button below the display. Now I've to get a consultation or possibly replace the TV.
