Very easy to use , .. Great quality, just awesome

Picture is outstanding and the sound is surprisingly good and clear with no sound bar. The menu system for organizing and selecting streaming apps is a bit poorly designed and not very intuitive but once you’ve selected an app it’s easier. Very easy setup.

Nice sound flat screen with nice color. Nice size.

The clarity and colors are amazing, especially compared to my prior old 32 inch TV. The installation by the Geek Squad was also excellent. The TV I had originally ordered was cracked, and the store manager worked with me to keep my installation on time. I am very happy with the TV and with the service I received.

First upgrade in years. The sleek design of the feet encourages me to keep the console clean and neat. I like how it works well with youtube on the phone, and automatically switches HMDIs when turning on connected devices.

I and truly loving this tv. The Samsung App Store is much,much better. I can download apps. I already have and connect my accounts and have lots of other choices that fit my likings. The picture is crystal clear and the Alexa and Google assist are also awesome. I would recommend this product to friends and family

I was so excited to get this tv after seeing the reviews. The tv itself has a great picture! The remote is nice and feels well built and sturdy. But the one thing I couldn’t get past and ultimately why I returned the tv was the platform. When using any of the apps (Netflix, VUDU, Amazon, etc.) if you wanted to exit the app or whatever you were watching, you simply can’t. Hitting the home button on the remote would only pull up from the bottom the list of apps. It wouldn’t stop what you were watching or exit the app (like hitting home on a roku remote). It would just keep playing with the menu on the bottom. If I wanted to stop watching something I would just have to turn off the tv or hit ambient Mode. And even that was super dim.

Great TV! Best part was finding there was a pocket in the back where I could hide the mini set top box so that no wires show. The GEEK Squad installation was fabulous - got the job done in short order, set up everything for me and explained how to optimize my viewing pleasure.

Beautiful picture and sound. Although sometimes I think It's 10 inches larger than I need. I do like the thin black frame which takes up a lot less space on my stand and although a much larger TV than what I previous had it doesn't overtake the living room decor. It blends in nicely.

i bought this a month ago for a great price. positives are a great picture for the price. negatives are it doesn't recognize lots of other soundbars or even Apple TV. also brightness is very low even at the highest level. good at night. hard to enjoy during the day

Nice TV for the price. Slim look and decent picture. Normally slim TVs have terrible speakers. This TVs speakers are decent. One cool thing was this TV hooked up to Alexa somehow. Won’t turn on w voice control but it we say Alexa turn off the TV - the tv turns off! Only thing I dislike is the remote.

Samsung has proven to be a great, reliable TV over the years. This is my 4th. It has a beautiful picture and all of the smart TV features you could want. My only (small) observation is that the contrast seems to fall off slightly when viewing off-axis. Would definitely buy again and recommend to friends!

I returned it. It didn't have the picture quality that I expected. I think its a good, low cost television for a college dorm room. Light weight, easy to set up. Just not what I was looking for.

Amazing sharp and crystal clear picture! This is my first TV with apps and such a slim remote with so few buttons. It took a couple of days to get used to navigating, but now that I have, I find it easier and like not having so many buttons to click on. I plan to get another for the bedroom.

Love our new tv. We had to replace our old one quickly and went to a few places. We were very happy with the help our salesperson gave us in the store, explaining the different features of each tv - and explaining how a Smart TV works. Very glad we went to Best Buy.

I have to be honest, the picture is ok but I have a more expensive 65 inch Samsung which has a better picture. It looks acceptable for the price. Go for a higher model if you want a better picture but if this isn’t for an everyday tv it will be fine.

I really was liking the TV. Good picture, lots of settings to make it look and sound like you prefer. Some minuses, though. It has already quit working. Powers up and goes black screen after about 5 minutes. Very disappointed. Should have lasted longer. I do not care for Samsungs proprietary Tizen software. Not as good as Roku or Android. The tuner for OTA programming is not very strong. I could get 16 channels, with some ghosting on a few. My new Hisense gets 25 channels as clear as a bell.

My entry into the world of 4k video, and it’s a great choice. Gorgeous picture, excellent built in sound field. Teamed it with an Apple TV and a 4k Panasonic disc player. Using my vintage Sony home theater sound equipment. Who needs to go to the movies?

Great picture. Nice size for the room - larger than previous TV. That was main reason for buying new TV. Basic set-up was easy but got complicated when adding sound bar, cable, DVD player and Roku stick. Will probably have Geek Squad sort it all out and put a few remotes in a drawer.

Beautiful screen, easy set up. GUI is fast and responsive. Not thrilled about having to use Samsung Smartthings App to set up TV. In the end you have to input all your data/passwords etc anyways, why can't it just feed off what is on your phone and push it to the TV? My only negative.
