I’ve always had a Vizio TV in the past and whereas I’ve never had an issue with them I decided to splurge and treat myself to a higher end brand. And I’m so glad I did!!!! I absolutely LOVE this tv!!!

I had a Philips flatscreen as my main tv then purchased this one a whim and I must say I love everything about it. The apps, the picture, the style. It’s a wonderful tv and I’m glad I caught it on sale. I can’t wait to see what the games on the next gen consoles will look like on it!

Plug in, connect to wifi, move on with your life. Picture quality is superb. Sound is surprisingly good from internal speakers. Turn on a peripheral and it immediately recognizes the device and changes source. It makes a simple job (watching TV) stupifyingly easy...and great.

Great TV at a great price. We replaced an older Samsung TV with this one and couldn’t be happier. The mere fact that it switches to game mode when we switch to our PS4 is worth the replacement alone. Not to mention the great picture we get when watching Netflix or DirecTV.

We purchased the Samsung 50" TV easily and it was installed 2 days after our purchase. We weren't sure about going to a larger size than our 43" TV, but we love it. We are going to get the sound bar tomorrow. Thank you Best Buy for helping us with this.

The TV is good. Picture quality and sound quality are top notch. Easy to set up and light. Dont like the interface with the remote, and some funny stoppages where we had to reboot the tv. Dont like that it resets to Samsung channel!

This was my first purchase of a new TV in 6 years. I am so glad I chose this one. The clarity and realistic view thats shown when watching makes you feel like your inside of it. The sound quality is great although I am still going to purchase a sound bar for added effect.

This is the first smart tv we have had. little bit of a learning curve, but good overall. Little disappointed that we could not hook up our surround sound. Guess next time we will have to come out of the cord cave and go wireless.

We loved this tv. We had it for a little over a year when the motherboard (apparently) just gave out. Until it stopped working it was the best tv we had ever owned, it had a sharp picture and really good, crisp color. I loved it.

Picture on tv is great, I've got a series 7 43" tv in my office and im putting this one up in my room, you can tell a difference in the models tho like I said the picture/sound quality/ and overall series 8 is a great tv.

After searching for a year, I finally found a TV that I love. The picture is great and the sound is better than I expected; however, I did purchase a sound bar to enhance the music. Very happy with the purchase and I'm glad I didn't rush into buying something I didn't want

Start to Finish !!!! When my wife and I opened the Front door of Best Buy we were greeted by a very friendly employee who directed us to the TV section of the store. We were met by a very professional representative who inquired if he could be of any assistance in the department. The representative was Awesome.... engaging, professional and his product knowledge was just great !! Honestly, with his professional skills and personality, we purchased our TV and were on our way home in under 30 minutes. Thank You... The narrative continues: About seven days or so, the technician for Best Buy installation was at our house to make sure everything we ordered was in order. Again, nothing but the best. He was knowledgeable, courteous and 'loved his company and his job... very professional and helpful. Our total experience was really the Best, Sincerely, Dennis Murphy

I am continually impressed with this tv especially for the value. Gives a beautiful crisp image and when viewing 4k movies its unbelievable. A few negatives are that unless your strictly centered it will not be as clear an image.

Great tv. We already had the 65” series 8 in another room. When we expanded our entertainment area, the 50” made perfect sense to mount on the wall. Has everything we need: Apple TV, AirPlay 2, YouTube TV, and Plex all available out of the box.

I am thoroughly enjoying my new TV! The sound is wonderful and the picture is so clear. It's larger than my old TV and I love this size. The whole purchase experience was smooth and delivery was very quick! Set up was simple. I had it set up in about 20 minutes. Love it!

It was great at first. But then less, then 6 months after we got it, a line of dead pixels appeared horizontally across the bottom of the screen. Then, another line of dead pixels appeared vertically. THEN, we turned it off at night, as we normally did, then it went into a boot loop. It kept looping over & over again. The sound was great, but we had it hooked up to a stereo system. For dead pixels to appear within less than 6 months of use, never dropped, hit, etc. Was quite a disappointment. Now, we're looking at getting another TV. Probably a Sony or LG.

Great picture on the tv but I'd advise purchasing the extended warranty because it will go bad on its own

Ordering was simple and fast. Delivery to my Dior was fast. This was a gift for a birthday and she’s happy with the tv. She’s was amazingly excited to see the image which is excellent to say the least. Voice command and other smart features make it an even more exciting deal.

Good tv for watching movies, and streaming shows. It's not super advanced but the picture quality is great and does not disappoint. Speakers are pretty crappy, so if you may want to get a soundbar minimum to fully enjoy this TV.

We were satisfied with the picture quality and sound of this Samsung model until it completely broke down 14 months after purchase. There was no electrical outage or user misuse to explain things. I took pictures of the screen and shared with Samsung reps. Because this was outside the one-year warranty., Samsung would not offer any credit or partial restitution. They offered to arrange for a home repair visit (for a fee) which I declined.
