Fairly easy setup. Integrates well with existing home theater equipment and cox Cable. Documentation is entirely digital and a little sparse. Suggest downloading a copy. The TV itself vastly outperforms the Panasonic plasma unit that it replaced in all respects.

My son recently got a new PS5 - we knew that we were going to eventually have to upgrade our old TV but. when it died suddenly (thanks universe) we went for this model - Great choice nice upgrade - clear picture and super simple remote. Love it!

Needed a new tv due to separation. This is perfect! Ex took the 72 inch and I did this all on my own! Great deal, great screen and amazing technology all in one. Was thinking to go with a larger one but am so happy I decided on this one. Next I’ll mount it!

Nice size and works great. Easy to hookup with the great geek squad. Only one slight problem , it does not connect to acorn tv.We hooked back to roku for that and really not a problem . Now to get a wireless soundbar and attempt that myself.

For a budget tv I love this product. Controller upgrade on the 8000 series is great and picture is better than expected. Tru motion is annoying but you are able to turn off. Over all good TV for under $500.

We bought this TV as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law. After setting it up for her I was very impressed with the Picture quality. It has a few video options. Not many options for sound, so would need a sound bar for movies. A solid lower end Smart TV!

This Samsung class 8 series is the best tv that I own. I purchased it to replace a tv in our bedroom. The picture is crystal clear, rich colors and the sound is undeniable. Samsung hit the nail on the head when they made this one. Right size for our room.

We were satisfied with the picture quality and sound of this Samsung model until it completely broke down 14 months after purchase. There was no electrical outage or user misuse to explain things. I took pictures of the screen and shared with Samsung reps. Because this was outside the one-year warranty., Samsung would not offer any credit or partial restitution. They offered to arrange for a home repair visit (for a fee) which I declined.

Bought this tv to replace a 55 inch stolen during a break in. It was a 4 year old series 8 also. This tv is not made as eell as the 4 yr old tv. Just seems cheaper made. Picture is as good i guess.

It’s amazing how good TVs have gotten at this price point and size. Was basically ready to go right out of the box with just a couple of menu tweaks. Reasonably thin and a nice size for a bedroom. We went with Samsung since it is a widely supported Smart TV platform.

We own other Samsung TV's and this one is excellent like all the rest. Picture is super and we are getting Google with a streaming app (FUBU) which my son says the whole thing Picture, sound, movies, everything will be miles above Spectrum. Can't wait.

Beside very high quality of the picture, like the other Samsung TVs, the remote unit is very cleverly designed and easy to use. The menu layout is very clear and accessibility of all features is made simple.

Great value and excellent picture quality. This was my second set, first set had some damage to display screen after being shipped to home. Best Buy gave me credit and was very helpful when I returned first set and picked up the new one at the store.

We couldn't be happier with our 50" Samsung. Easy setup, GREAT PICTURE and sound (for the size of the speakers) and with a pedestal mount from Amazon it fits on our TV table !!! A HAPPY CAMPER !!! Did I mention GREAT Best Buy price ??!!

Bought the Samsung 50" Class 8 Series LED 4k UHD Smart Tizen TV for Christmas 2020 after much research. We are still learning all the features of the Smart TV. The picture quality is excellent. We recommend it if you are in the market for a Smart TV.

Great TV the picture quality is great, it has 3 HDMI ports and the sound is good. My only concern is sometimes the people talking doesn't match up with the sound coming from the TV. It is hard to watch at times.

Great picture on the tv but I'd advise purchasing the extended warranty because it will go bad on its own

So far I am enjoying my 50 inch Samsung Smart TV. The ease of ordering was a plus. The picture quality is very very good, the sound is great. It’s still too soon to give an accurate report since I only had it for a month. So far so good.

This model produces a quality image with a sleek design. It's utlra thin, so it great for mounting or looking great on slim console or substituted couch table. Up to date Smart features and accesorial connectivity.

My first Smart TV, was so easy to set up since I already had a Samsung phone. Some of the functionality, such as guides, aren't as easily available from the universal remote, but it can detect the devices attached to it. Overall great picture and very satisfied.
