Great picture, easy setup. My home theater quit working with my old set. I was ready to get a new receiver, connected it to this set and it works like brand new.

I loved it. The quality of the image are excellent. Also I can connect my headphones via Bluetooth and that was unexpected. I dont have any problem using the "smart view" (screen mirroring) on my galaxy phone.

Probably the best tv I have owned and this isn’t my first Samsung. It’s great for movies and video games. It has actual 4K (just get the special hdmi ) that works really well. I’d definitely recommend it to other people.

Upgraded my old TV to a bigger and much smarter TV. Love the crystal clear picture and the remote!!! The remote allows me to go straight to Netflix or Amazon Prime. So easy. It even turns itself off when I fall asleep.

I really like the remote this comes with. Very simple but handles a lot of features outside of the TV features. It takes a little getting used to. I really like the TV features and picture. Have had no issues at all.

Nice so far. Had trouble with getting remote working but the people at the store helped. The direction booklet could use a better description of the keys on the actually do.

Love this TV! I’m 73 and not technically gifted at all, but we had it fully set up and running within 30 minutes. Samsung makes a wonderful product but throw their remote away.

This is my first smart TV purchase and I’m very happy with the quality. Picture is great and it fits the space nicely. My brother in law is a tech junkie and I bought it in his recommendation When it went on sale.

I already own a Q80 65inch for my living room so I went with the 2020 crystal series 50inch for the bedroom and it didn't disappoint!

I'm upgrading from a 13 year old Samsung TV so for me this is a huge win. I need a TV that could take full advantage of an Xbox series X and this one does the trick. It's like watching TV for the first time.

Tv is great. Nice picture, sound is better than average. The samsung tv plus is really nice and is almost like regular tv and its free, I was surprised this came with tv. I would buy this tv again

Great little TV for the guest room. Just big enough to enjoy, not too little and not too big to take up a lot of space. Picture good and sound as well at this price point.

I couldn’t afford OLED, so I got the next best thing. This TV is clear and sturdy. I love the body frame and the durability. Kids have throw things at it and it’s still standing.

The TV has Tizen OS which is extremely slow, frustrating and laggy. The Hdr also looks very bad and is not even worth using or paying for. My TV stopped working after 2 years and it costs at least $400 when I paid $500 total for it. NEVER buying Samsung again and probably NEVER buying from Best Buy again. What a joke!

Great tv, clear picture and good sound. Love the remote especially, minimal buttons that are more user friendly than previous series. Had tv delivered, good packaging and arrived in good time.

I'm not sure how to add apps. I love the vibrant colors, it's like being there, in the movie. I wish I had gotten a larger screen size. The sound is awesome, it has so many features, I have yet to learn.

For the money it’s an exceptional value. A little confusing with the set up between the remote control and my cable remote but all is well now. Great picture, beautiful and sharp!

I just purchased my second 50" Samsung TV. I finally landed on the best TV for the size with a great picture and sound! Best Buy offers the best value for Samsung TV's. Believe me, I've searched.

Great quality picture for the price sometimes sound goes out though weird have to do a sound test but fixes right up maybe a manufacturer error but overall great tv

Very clear picture. Easily connects to Bluetooth systems. Speakers give clear , loud sound. Added bonus ( RCA input ) which I prefer to the 3.5 combo in the NU series.
