Remote is terrible

It’s super difficult to try and contact Samsung about the remote. We may end up returning it and using our protection plan to get a new one or different model.

Awesome TV

Nice Midsize TV

He lives alone and loves watching sports. He farmed all his life so the remote was pretty smal for his hands. Luckily he his cable box remkte runs all major functions. Secondly he has no internet. There is a way to bypass online setup but it is a bit tricky with a tiny remote. Normally you would run setup through your phone. Overall a great TV even if just being used for cable and an occasional Blu-ray movie.
