Remote is terrible

It’s super difficult to try and contact Samsung about the remote. We may end up returning it and using our protection plan to get a new one or different model.

Everything you’d expect. The new user interface for the Samsung home is a little tricky to navigate. Also, this particular tv seems to disconnect from the internet every time I turn it off. That’s been a ordeal. None of my other Samsung tv’s do that…

Took a little getting used to, but I'm loving it!

I love the built-in apps that makes it easier to watch Netflix, Disny+, etc. The cable TV port though threw me off at first. I'm used to connecting the cable directly from my box to my TV, but with this Samsung I could only connect the 2 via HDMI. Admittedly, it's much easier than using the old school cable to connect, but I wish I had known this beforehand so I could've gotten an HDMI cable ready to connect. All in all though, now with everything up and operational and I've gotten the hang of this TV, I'm loving it!
