Display is not working

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this tv for less than 2 years and now it won't properly turn on, the screen keeps flashing, the red light keeps blinking, and the tv is constantly turning on and off by itself without even touching the remote, but the display still does not work. You don't even get to see "Samsung Tizen" on the screen.

Also you cannot do anything with this feature( Doesn't work until an extra HDMI feature is checked sorry I don't remember the feature name, also holds a good amount of apps not anything more.
