Tv is good! The color is vibrant and nice and sound quality not bad but we did add a sound bar. The remote is a bit tricky at first but other than that, I can’t complain. Would recommend.

Tv is great no issues so far. I do not like the audio but I use HomePods Btw 4k and HDR is great. I use on Apple TV and this TV is amazing

I bought the 55 inch Insignia Fire. It was a terrific price but was just too big for my room and I am just used to the clarity of a Samsung. This is a great TV. GREAT picture and lots of features. Easy to get to all streaming services.

This is the third Samsung 8 series TV I've bought in the last five years. The picture is fantastic - or it would be, if the TV hadn't flexed while I was trying to hang it on my wall mount. The part of the screen that still works is very good, definitely the clearest of all the 4k TVs I own. But, the case is so flexible I'm not very excited about getting another one. Something else I miss is the variety of inputs - there are HDMI inputs, but nothing for other connectors. We'll see if Samsung goes back to making TVs that have some stiffness to them or if I go back to LG for the replacement of this one.

Remote is almost worthless! Voice activation requires separate purchased and supported item! the stand is outright dangerous and if I had kids I would have returned it! Picture is good but without my Polk sound bar it would not sound good. There were NO instructions! The wife wants to return it as she cant figure it out. No help from YOUTUBE videos either. We can only find "reviews" but no explanations as to working with it! We should have bought the Toshiba or Sony we went in to get!

Tv is ok. The quality is good but it constantly freezes and has to be unplugged to work again. Sometimes it will be working just fine and then suddenly the volume stops working and you can’t turn it up or down unless you unplug it and restart it.

I really like this samsung tv. It is the perfect size for my room and the price was withon my budgeted amount. The sales man at best buy was really helpful and very knowledgeable about the product. He made it a very pleasant experience for me.

They delivered to my livingroom. It was a lot lighter the old TV. It was easy to set up from the simple set up instructions and I was able to hook up my blueray disc player. Getting used to the clearer picture.

Very impressed with this tv. I needed to replace my 50" Toshiba and after alot of research, this was a good choice. The picture is so amazingly clear and the tv is chock full of apps that I have yet to figure out! The remote is sleek and good and set up was easy. I haven't used the voice aspect of the remote because I'm afraid if I set up the alexa enabler, and yell out her name, all the other alexas in my apartment will answer! LOL Perhaps at a later time :-) One con though. The sound is terrible. I am so glad I have a wonderful Samsung soundbar. All in all, a wonderful choice for me.

Fantastic color. I was amazed at the separate Samsung TV movies. It was very easy to set up on screen instructions was a breeze. The unit to compliment this would be the Samsung Soundbar

UI leaves something to be desired. I ended up plugging in a google tv dongle becuase the Samsung interface was so glitchy and frustrating.

Fantastic picture, the sound is not so great even after changing the settings. I plan on getting a sound bar. Easy setup out of the box. The remote also works for the Xbox. Definitely enhanced gaming graphics,

The video quality is stunning, clear, Bright, and vivid details. The Best Buy customer service person, Miguel, recommended either Samsung or LG as the best brand. I am so glad I bought this one after having to return two of the Toshiba Amazon fire televisions. This one is a winner!

very simple monitor not saying its bad its very easy to use and looks clean and crisp it doesn't have built in speakers unfortunately and it doesn't seem to be very bright

I've had this TV for about a year now. I'm not a really big tech person, I was looking for a decent sized TV for a decent price. This TV has given me no problems as of yet, the display is nice and clear.

The TV has a great photo quality and is very easy to set up. Esthetically I don’t love it - thought my old Samsung that had a lucite border and base looked better.

It lasted two years & had to be replaced luckily we had the extended warranty & it seemed like when we called it was a problem they knew about already. We had no problem getting it replaced but. K,,,''',

Purchased this on my daughter's recommendation to replace an 8 year old Vizio. It is nice and thin and quite light. I've had some trouble trying to get the picture the way I like it. The colors seem too muddy and too saturated. I've finally gotten the settings to a point where they're pretty good. The ultra HD is impressive and almost like 3D. The speakers also take some getting used to. They don't seem as good as my other TVs. Overall I'm pretty satisfied and the price and delivery from Best Buy was excellent.

This Samsung tv has a nice picture. The only things I find bad with it are, the remote is very small, and the speakers are terrible. You will definitely need a sound bar.
