The only thing keeping it from being a 5 is the sound quality, which will always suffer on a real thin screen. A sound bar will make a world of difference.

Gaming works well (Madden) and streaming is convenient with apps built into smart TV. Picture is clear, and keeps up well with live movement.

I have been a Samsung customer through and through and this has made me second guess whether or not to ever purchase another Samsung product. The top left of the screen has started pixelating and then the tv turns its self off and then back on. This happens over and over and I can’t use the tv at all. To add to it, this is one of the slowest tvs I have ever had! I am so disappointed in Samsung as a whole. When spending good money on a product it should work for YEARS to come, not a couple and done!

It wasn't hard to set up, I just needed a little help. It has a good picture and the sound is not too loud, So far, very realiable, and I am getting used to the size (not hard to do)!

It was pretty easy to learn and the picture quality is superb. The customer service at the time of our purchase was great. Our salesman was very patient and helpful to an elderly non-tech savvy couple.

The Samsung default content built in was unnecessary. I am not interesting in this content and having to navigate around it playing in the background to get to the app I wanted was annoying. The worst part is that the TV stopped working in less than 2 years and had to be replaced.

You would think the people were here in our living room because the picture is so sharp and clear. I love the size of the screen, it is so easy to see from anywhere in the room.

You can’t beat the 8000 series! The picture is crystal clear, smart features are awesome and we received the new updated remote with this tv which was nice and unexpected.
