The only issue I have is the remote control doesn't allow you to reverse or fast forward when streaming, plus the buttons are not backlit which makes it difficult when using in the dark.

Still getting used to it but it’s fairly easy to use. Gorgeous bright picture and sound is very good.Best but install was perfect.

Horrible speakers

It must have tiny speakers that produce a tinny sound. It sounds like a smart phone’s speakers. I tried very setting and several adjustments using the equalizer. The equalizer didn’t seem to do much at all. They might be trying to encourage the sale of sound bars with these terrible speakers. The picture is very good. I’ve been a Samsung fan for TV’s, but not anymore.

The first one stop working and the screen was black and it took a few hours to turn on. Eventually the second one started to do the same however because it was still under warranty they came and fixed the problem. I will say since they fixed the second one no problems at all. Beware though!!
