    Havent had it for a year and the screen decided to just burnout. Just more garbage that is over priced as always, breaks and falls apart within a short period of time after spending hours of your life working so you can pay for it. Waste of time and money if you ask me.

    My first 4K TV and it is great! It was a Christmas gift from my fiancé so that’s always a plus. Great TV I would recommend it if you want a great gaming TV.

    Got a bad TV - Best Buy made it right

    Other than the TV quit in seven days of ownership, Best Buy was great in exchanging the unit without any problem. This review is for the replacement unit.

    This TV is excellent except that the sound on the TV is a little low. I find myself having to turn up the volume quite a bit sometimes.

    The instructions that came with it were worthless. I set it up by figuring it out on my own. The TV itself works well.

      Please know, you can download the AU8000 TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking "Support" > "Manuals & Software" > "TVs & Home Theater" > "TVs". From there, you can select the AU8000 TV under "4K Crystal UHD TVs” > “A Model Lineup" and download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

    It was a great tv for the two times I watched it. Unfortunately it fell and broke. Is there any way that you could replace it? It would be much appreciated.

    2 years old and it has a black line going across the top of the screen. I’m done wasting my money on Samsung. They are only good for a couple years and then trash…

    I had an LG and it didn't last 6 month the screen went black, I have Samsung in the other rooms and they are still working. So i went I got another Samsung
