Thankfully i have total tech or else my money would've went down the drain. My only worry is if they'll renew my total tech with the replacement. Still waiting for technician to come out to "diagnose"

Bad picture, bad sound, very limited menu, remote is so thin it slips from your hand. The colors are impossible to get right. If it looks good in one scene it changes in the next. Lots of motion blur and hard lines at edges. Am returning for different brand.
