    After 16 months, the picture went dark and would turn off and on by itself. My Geek subscription expired thereby cancelling my warranty as well. When I went to customer service I was told to buy a new TV or take it to a repair shop.

    Decent Tv. Have bought multiple Samsungs. This particular model and size apparently has back light issues. My smaller 43” models (both 7 and 8 series) have been incredible. I should have done more research. Would not buy again.

      Thank you for your feedback and for being a loyal Samsung customer. I have a few troubleshooting tips that may help resolve your issue with image quality.

      Depending on the exact issue you are seeing, adjusting some of the energy efficiency features may improve your image quality. The Eco sensor automatically adjusts the brightness level of the TV according to the ambient light level. If the Eco Sensor has adjusted the screen’s brightness level, you can select Min. Backlight to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. You can also disable these features for a steady brightness setting.

      You can adjust Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer by going to Settings > General > Power and Energy Saving > and adjusting the Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting.

      You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer to adjust contrast manually.

    Have had other Samsung TVs and thought this was perfect for the guest room. Picture quality is great, but smart TV features were very slow to react to remote presses. Since not connecting to cable, was only using apps and remote delay made it unusable.

    Screen stopped working.

    Stopped working just after a year. The screen wouldn’t turn on, but would flash bye with sound every 20 seconds and the tv wouldn’t stay off unless unplugged.

    Worked fine for about a year. Then horizontal lines appeared across the screen. Now, it won't turn on at all. Just flashes and shuts down repeatedly. Stay far away from this TV.

    very cheaply build. i Bought this tv June 6, 2022. After 1 year exactly, it stop working. The worse about it, i brought the total tech protection after i brought the tv, and just found out it is not covered. Such a waist of money.
