I prefer my Roku one to this. So many apps that I do not want but they can't be removed. The Samsung TV Plus trash is so annoying. It just automatically starts playing. Everything is just so frustrating! By far the worst interface I've ever seen.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung AU8000 Crystal UHD TV and for your review. I’m sorry to hear that your out-of-box experience has initially fallen short of your expectations. Your experience is important to us and will be shared with our product teams.
Please know, you can customize the Smart Hub (which launches at the bottom of your TV screen) by removing apps from or adding apps to the home screen. You can also rearrange the apps based on your preference or how often you use them.
To remove an app from the TV's Home screen, navigate to the app you want to remove. Then, long press the SELECT button on your remote, and select Remove. Select Remove again to confirm. You can move the app to another location by selecting Move. This works for both preinstalled apps as well as apps you may choose to download from the App Store.
Samsung TV Plus can also be disabled should you choose. Navigate to the Samsung TV Plus app within the Smart Hub. Then, long press the SELECT button on your remote, and select Remove. This option brings up the ability to remove the app icon or disable the service. Navigate to ‘Disable’ and select. This will remove the service from the launcher bar and the channels from the TV Guide.
