Amazing Smart TV. Love the fact that it has the internet on it. Has all the features you need or want in a Smart Tv. Great TV Samsung.. not the biggest fan of the remote style but nothing to complain about.

I had a 12 year old Samsung TV that needed to be upgraded for the longest time. Definitely happy with this choice for my movie and gaming needs. Will buy a Q series speaker next time.

The quality of the picture isn't the same as in the store. The manager explained that the TV in the store has a 4g player making the picture so much better than it is at home. So disappointed

Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

So far the TV is working great. I was concerned about it being 4K but so far everything is fine.

The TV was amazing, had the older version and just wanted a simple upgrade. The customer service on the other hand was to be frowned upon. Once he finished his sales pitch and I didnt bite, his complete attitude changed and became snarky only to get me out of the way quickly. Overall great TV, poor sales team.
