So far so good! I live in a small 413 sq. ft. condo and needed something to replace my Samsung projector that died after just a year. Since I also wanted to add artwork to the space where the TV would go, this was the perfect solution.
The TV sits pretty flush against the wall, with only a small clear cord coming out of the bottom (I plan to have it hidden in the wall soon). The box that powers the TV is a bit large, but worth it for the setup.
The picture quality is solid—not the very best compared to other TVs at this price point—but it works perfectly for my needs. The art display is beautiful, and I subscribed so I can change the artwork every day.
Overall, I definitely recommend this TV!

Amazing TV that really looks like a painting when in that mode. Very clean looking when installed right on the wall. I liked it so much I bought a total of 3 of these for different rooms. They are Watkins when used in a place where it 95% of its time in picture mode. That’s not meant to diminish its TV quality as that’s excellent too. Just installed 2 in guest bedroom la and 1 in my office. They look amazing—just saying.

I bought this tv for my daughter as a move in present and she loves it! I had not heard of the Samsung frame line until she mentioned it. The interesting thing is what it can do when you’re NOT watching a tv show. It displays various paintings and becomes a piece of art that blends into any wall art collection. The included wall mount allows the tv to lay flat and they even sell magnetic wood look pieces to cover the black edge of the tv. Yes, a very interesting concept.

The picture quality is excellent, and we love the ability to change the art out, as we see fit! Some days we may want a photo, and other days we may want an impressionist painting or a photo of the Grand Canyon.
The art TVs serve a double function, allowing us to watch incredible action movies in high def and guilty pleasure reality TV shows while also displaying gorgeous, detailed paintings from Vincent Van Gogh. Pretty cool.

From installation to viewing, I have not a complaint. I have had complements of the quality of the picture. The installation crew were fantastic! I didn't expect the instructions for the tv I was given. Best Buy is my go to for electronics

We are very impressed with this unit. The picture quality is good and the artwork that you can display when the TV is off is totally impressive. A cool innovation by Samsung. The ONLY negative we have is the need to Log in to our Netflix account on the TV rather than casting the service from our iPad like we do all other shows.

Art mode was neat. It was the reason I bought the TV. Otherwise I probably would have gone with the OLED.
I did disconnect the TV from the power for a moment after I set it up. After that, I was having a hard time getting it to go back into art mode. The other downside to art mode is you are limited to art you can view if you do not subscribe to the $50 annual membership. The TV has a frame feature for any image you want to view in art mode, but when you start a slideshow, each image will not go into the frame you want unless you individually save those settings for every single image.
The ultra slim wall mount that the TV comes with is clean. It also has easy leveling mechanism after you hang it up which is convenient.

I placed this tv in a room with a large picture window that has direct sunlight most of the day. No glare! I can view this device clearly from any angle, with any amount of light coming in. Picture quality is always excellent.

Great quality for the price. Clear picture when watching TV and Picture mode with scenes and family pictures make it an amazing addition of grandparents remembering moments that they can share over and over again of family events.

Vsry happy with this TV. The art mode looks great and guests were fooled at first. Blends well in a living room entertainment space. Suprisingly good picture and sound also for such an asthetic piece. Easy setup with directions.
