Sound is mushy on the tv speakers. Interface is cumbersome, difficult and busy. Switching between antenna, gaming system, apple tv and streaming apps annoying. Worse than our viseo which also sucks. But the beautiful colors and blacks help make it tolerable. Although had to buy sound system. And decent number of HDMI inputs plus optical out.

Thank you for purchasing Samsung's Q60D TV and for your feedback on the sound. To ensure you’ve got the latest sound quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the sound is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal preferences.
• Sound Modes may better meet your personal preferences. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode, or Expert Settings to fine-tune and customize your sound.
• Adaptive Sound will also further optimize sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings.
Should you choose to add a Samsung Soundbar to your TV, please know that our Q-Series Soundbars (such as the HW-Q600C) feature Q-Symphony which will synchronize with the speakers of your TV for an immersive 3D sound experience.

My TV faces the window and there is no glare. The TV is programmed with so many channels that I know it is not even possible to watch all of them. The Geek Squad rep was very patient and helpful.

Price was within $40 and the quality is better. Happy with my decision and his recommendation! Do recommend a sound bar, tv sound is not the best.

It is newer than my other Samsung TV but not by much but the system has some nice new features not available in my other and the image quality is very good.

The picture is crystal clear with great colors. This is my second Samsung TV and it's great value for what you get. No problem setting it up by following the prompts on screen. Set up my Roku on it with no problems as well. The HDMI ports are easy and not awkward to plug into.

The picture is amazing and the setup only took minutes when unboxed. This was an upgrade from my previous Samsung tv and I couldn't be happier with this purchase and it was at a great price. I only wish I had gone a little bigger with the size.
