So far so good. I enjoy my new Samsung TV. All of the TVs in my house are Samsung and this one replaced one that was beginning to lose it's picture quality. It has all of the new app features. The pictures is great. There are only two sound options, standard and amplify. Adding the soundbar would give me better sound but it works without it.

After purchasing a Sonos Beam soundbar for my bedroom TV, I realized the lack of an eARC HDMI input on my existing TV made the setup prone to errors. I went into Best Buy and intended to buy an OLED TV, but it was unavailable. I spent several hours comparing sets at a variety of price ranges. This particular TV was an open box in excellent condition, so I took a chance on it. It solved all of the soundbar synching problems and allowed me to get rid of the terribly slow Fire stick that I was using to stream anything on my old TV. The picture quality and availability of all of my streaming services made the experience that much better. This TV gives you plenty of bang for your buck (even at the regular price).

Honestly such a great purchase! My previous tv suddenly stopped working and the screen became black so I needed a new one. I went to the store and did my research. So glad I went for this one! The colors are amazing and it easily mounted.

This is a very good tv. It is my third Samsung, with two QLED's currently in use, and one older model retired after 17 years of reliable watching. It is quite smart and was easy to self install and connect to my streaming services. The picture is always great and the Best Buy price was as good as any that I found. Delivery was faster that promised.

Our 10 year old TV gave out (went black), so we decided on this perticular product. We love it. The picture is outstanding, the features are amazing (once you learn how to use them), and dozens more features from the previous TV. We were also impressed with the price.

TV color and sharpness is exactly what I was looking for. I compared to other brands and this tv surpassed them. The price is reasonable. The setup easy and I live the Samsung TV plus channels.
