Worst TV I ever brought

Samsung was good to deal with. They helped me register the TV when their site would not recognize my serial number (crazy). Also set up repair within a week. Master board was replaced and now it works fine. Some serious doubts about current production quality. If you want a TV that works out of the box, might consider another brand.

Picture quality not up to standard

Terrible product

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After a week of trying to get paired up with my cable system including two hours of help over the phone with a Samsung tech rep located somewhere in the Far East, I still had a terrible picture and audio loaded on the bass side. It was returned and exchanged for a LG.

Entire experience was flawless from shopping on line, ordering, updates, shipping, packaging, clear installation instructions, etc. Absolutely nothing to improve upon. In terms of tv brand, Samsung qled, extremely happy. Had switched to LG TV but this one had higher rating. Very happy consumers !
