Great picture quality and easy to set up. Unfortunately it is not possible to use the older style surround sound that plug in using the Red, Yellow & White cables.

Great picture and sound. The picture is almost 3-D quality. I had planned to use a sound bar, but the set's sound quality made me change my mind.

Wife usually has tv on all day in our family room, and i dont want to deal with oled burnout and high cost. For what I paid, if it lasts 3 years, I am happy. Last Samsung lasted 6. Picture is just fine. My only beef is the feet are too far apart to fit on my stand, so had to buy a 3rd party stand, but it was only 20 bucks. Manufactured date was in July 2025, so not some old model laying around. I expect it to be solid as most samsungs are from past experience.

Very happy with the tv easy to set up good picture lots of good apps. The personal as best buy were very helpful.

Purchased a 45" tv that was on sale for Presidents Day and so far so good. Pick up at store was ready when arrived, about a minute wait time to be helped by the customer service pickup associate and without having to ask for help was told an employee would meet me at the front door to load into my vehicle. Have not yet after all these years had a bad experience with professional assistance with in store shopping, ordering online for store pickup or delivery of online orders.

Nice TV to replace an old Toshiba with no apps. Now I can stream everything and picture is great!

The TV is great picture quality is great. Samsung t v plus is good but it's a smart TV, but not smart.Enough to pick up local channels you have to buy a antenna

I love Samsung TVs. Great picture/screen. One of my streaming stations picture jumps and pauses. Not sure if it is the TV or Streaming station. I have been on other TVs to this streaming stationand it does not happen.

Walking in, we had three different brands in mind. For a few dollars more, Samsung's picture quality and options were the better option. Our salesperson John was great explaining everything and added no pressure while treating us woth respect. A few weeks after purchasing, it went on sale and reveived a price difference with no hassle from a different store. Thanks Best Buy for your great customer service.

Purchased for elderly parent for use as primary TV. Smart Features were easy to setup and provides great content through TV. Remote control could provide better buttons for elderly but the Smart Things App used through tablet works great.

Image quality is great. Picture is crystal clear for both movies/shows and for gaming.

I love my Samsung TV U8000. It was easy to setup. It has a great picture and was on sale. My previous tv was also a Samsung tv, I purchased it in 2016.

This is a great tv. I have other samsung products and they are reliable and definitely worth it. A cool feature is this tv sync's up to your samsung phine and your phones can control the tv.
