Really good picture quality. Not difficult to set up. Not much documentation with product. No instructions on how to download/add apps, like BTN+. Simple to connect to Samsung Soundbar. Some channels the audio doesn’t match the video. Overall, I’m satisfied with this product.

Bought this for my father who is in an Assisted Living home. Perfect size for his room and was wall mounted. I did get an easier remote for him as he is 90 and has trouble. But, price was good and brand is of course.

Great picture and user interface, especially for the money. I have 2 of these and the one furthest from router (40 ft) struggles with network connection at times and requires you to reconfigure network settings about every 45-60 days. Not a huge issue but enough to leave it at 4 stars.

I would give the TV a 5+ review. It has a fantastic picture but the remote control is so bad I could never learn to use it after many hours of trying. Nothing about it is intuitive and the buttons are not marked well. Give me the old but excellent Samsung remote with lots of buttons. I'm sorry I had to return this excellent TV because the remote is not user friendly.
