Bought this TV on Nov 25th but didn’t open it until dec 8th. When I opened it I noticed the screen was popping out. Took it back to best buy and they told me they couldn’t exchange the TV. It looks like this tv was build bad and im stuck with it. It still works with a nice picture but you can see where the screen is popping out.

My TV arrived with the screen broken all over. It took 2 weeks for me to try to get a return label because I live in rural Alaska. I could not print one online, there kept being an error. After speaking with customer service 5 different times, I finally just sent it back with "Return to sender" and finally got a refund on it 2 weeks later.

Since my TV arrived shattered, not much to say other than highly disappointed! I returned it and was refunded but so turned off as no follow up after this happened.

This was my first 4K HDR TV and I feel like I made a good choice. Setup was quick and easy, and it makes my PS5 games look incredible. The intrusive AI features that come standard with every TV nowadays were fairly easy to find and disable in the settings. Only criticism here is that it ships with a weird, iPod-nano looking remote with about 6 buttons and a click wheel. None of them are labeled with sensible descriptions like "sources" or "settings", though of course they had room for dedicated Netflix and Amazon buttons (yuck). Thankfully my decade-old Samsung remote from my previous TV works with this one, but be warned, this ships with the worst remote I've ever seen.

I’m very impressed with this TV for the price. The picture is clear, bright, and detailed, especially when streaming movies and shows in 4K. Setup took only a few minutes, and the smart features were ready to go right out of the box. The interface is smooth and easy to navigate, and the slim design looks great in my living room. Overall, this is a reliable, high-value TV that delivers exactly what most households need.

She’s absolutely happy with it—the picture quality is excellent, the size is just right for her space, and the remote is very easy to use. Setup was straightforward, and everything works smoothly. Lightweight and easy to setup. Had no issues using a universal mount on it for a little entertainment center that had a built in wall mount. Good picture and the smart part is responsive. Solid purchase

I’ve only had the tv for less than a month but haven’t had any significant issues. A few “slow” or “noticeable” pixels every once in a great while but otherwise the picture is amazing. Sound quality is very clear also. The angle of the 2 hdmi port plug ins on the back makes it hard to sit the tv very close to the wall so I am planning on replacing my current hdmi cord with a 90degree plug version, but that’s just me. Excellent choice for me, upgraded from a previous model Samsung that was great also. Samsung is the way to go in our house. The anynet system lets you control other connected devices using the tv remote, ex. the tv remote to control PlayStation function while streaming.

We love the slim design and feather lightweight model. Clear picture with simple setup instructions. The best thing about this model was the price. Excellent pricing!
