I have only had this tv for a month. So far it works ok. The last tv i bought from Best Buy only lasted 3 years. So i have an extended warranty for 5 years on this new purchase. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from Best Buy without buying an extended warranty.

I love the tv i can watch good shows without cable, and it has great picture quality and great sound i would recomend

Really good picture quality. Not difficult to set up. Not much documentation with product. No instructions on how to download/add apps, like BTN+. Simple to connect to Samsung Soundbar. Some channels the audio doesn’t match the video. Overall, I’m satisfied with this product.

Bought this for my father who is in an Assisted Living home. Perfect size for his room and was wall mounted. I did get an easier remote for him as he is 90 and has trouble. But, price was good and brand is of course.

Looks great and easy operation. I do wish it had more output options for things like audio, it only has HDMI eARC output.

Great picture and user interface, especially for the money. I have 2 of these and the one furthest from router (40 ft) struggles with network connection at times and requires you to reconfigure network settings about every 45-60 days. Not a huge issue but enough to leave it at 4 stars.

Don’t like where they placed the HDMI ports. But overall extremely happy
