It took me a loooooong time to decide on a tv. After tons 'o research I narrowed my choice down to Samsung. I previously had a Sony and another Samsung, and felt the picture quality was so much clearer. I also liked the features Samsung Smart TV's have to offer. Built in Netflix and Hulu Plus? Yes, please. I went with this TV since it was 1-HUGE for my apartment 2-I didn't feel that the 4K technology was there yet 3-It was low profile, which was great for mounting on my wall. So far the tv has been great! The ONLY issue I have is after about a minute or so, the picture blacks out for maybe 2 seconds and comes back after I initially turned it on. I contacted Samsung support once, and updating the firmware didn't resolve my issue -- I need to contact them again.

I was very impressed with the picture quality and features of this unit. It's one of the thinnest and lightest 55 inch units out there. Some 55 inchers look bulky and heavy, not this one. This is my second Samsung 55 inch unit and I haven't had any problems or issues with it and hopefully this one will turn out to work just as well. I bought it at a great price, which 3 weeks later was even less. Returned to my Best Buy and they credited the difference in prices to my credit card, hassle free. Lastly, it was delivered on time and set up for free.

After reading many reviews online regarding tv's, we chose the Samsung. We were not disappointed. The picture quality is excellent and setup easy. We would definitely recommend purchase.

We like the Samsung TV, the picture is good, there are lots of options. In fact, there are almost too many for tech novices like us. But we'll pick and choose and are sure we'll enjoy the TV for many years.. At first I thought the 55 inch TV would overwhelm our living room, but it fits in well.

Great tv. Replaced an old LCD rear projection set. Best Buy salesperson directed me to this set and away from 4K sets because we watch a lot of live sports and this set has a crystal clear picture and no blur/distortion. Could've spent a LOT more for a 120Hz 4K or OLED set, but since this wasn't our primary tv, the lower cost was great...and the performance is stunning!

I highly recommend this TV. It has good picture quality, handles motion well and has a lot of features.

Bought this TV for my new house, it's great for watching blue ray movies and PS4 games

Wanted a 55 inch as it fit perfectly in the space. Previous experience with Samsung made this a great choice. Thought about SUHD but it made no sense as a Comcast customer with no fiber. Salesperson extremely helpful, free delivery worked well also.

Great picture. The picture is sharper and clearer than ant tv we have had.

TV itself is very good though a lot of trouble getting to work correctly with Xfinity cable service

Purchased this TV to replace in-law's failing TV. Provides great value. Doesn't have all the expensive features but has all of the features they need (plus a lot more) and provides a great picture. No complaints here.

Love the great picture that this TV gives and the size is great for any living room. The apps allow for easy online viewing like Netflix or Hulu.

Beautiful picture. very happy with this tv. don't forget to get a HDMI cable. It comes with one but it is not clear like the better HDMI. I payed 39.99 for mine when i bought the tv.

Really happy with this tv, it replaced an older sharp and the upgrade made a bigger difference than I thought it would.

Would recommend a purchase of this tv. Sharp picture, vary natural colors.
