Good television with great color. My only problem is not with the television but Netflix in that because of the large screen the sound and picture get out of sync and I have to reboot Netflix. Everything I read it's Netflix fault. But rebooting takes care of it.

First Smart TV purchase. We love it, the picture, the sound, and the overall look is more than expected.

Though it took a bit to get used to as it's much bigger and defiantly smarter than I. I LOVE the fact I can watch netflix and amazon prime through my television and not have an extra box laying about. It's a bit dark, but once I figured out how to change that, it helps with the picture.

We really are impressed with the quality of the HD picture on this large screen. It brings the images to life and brings viewing to a whole new level. Our children feel like they are watching a live play rather than TV!

I purchased this TV for a great price right before Black Friday and got a great deal. All of the TVs I have in my house are Samsung models and just like the other Samsung TVs I have in my house this one did not disappoint. The picture is absolutely stunning. Thanks again Samsung.

I bought a vizo TV at first but then I came across this tv and the picture looks very crisp, so I returned the vizo and got this one. You can defiantly tell the difference in picture/sound over all happy with my purchase.

Very easy to set up. Great picture and connected to my amp with fiber optic cable and has great sound. Also has decent sound through its own system. Connecting to wifi is easy.

I returned another tv that would not load my netflix and verified this issue with netflix customer service and they confirmed the problem. Purchased the Samsung 55" smart tv and it was simple to connect my netflix. Great purchase.

This TV was being used as a monitor for our office staff. It was easy to hook up to the computer and the picture is very clear. So far we haven't watched any movies but based on other Samsung TV's i have I don't see this being any different. With Samsung you're getting a great picture and a great product. You can't go wrong.

Samsung TVS are great because they have quick and easy to use set up menus. I like Samsung because even if they do break, you can take them to any repair shop and they will fix them vs other manufacturers that I have dealt with who require costly service technicians to come out.

Repeat buy of this model to replace lightning struck TV. Even improved over the four-year old model.

It has a super picture except that it seem too dark and different times. Some times it is totally dark for short periods of time It does not turn on some of the time. When I turn it on if shows the SMART TV sign but will not go to list or program. I an still working with the problems as my knowledge is limited and the problem is probably the operator.

The TV was easy to set up but when we turned it on the Smart TV set up was somewhat tricky. I had to Google search "Samsung Smart TV Set Up" to get answers. Also, you have to leave the TV on and connected to the internet for several hours to insure all the updates to Smart TV are downloaded. The TV itself is great. Outstanding picture, great sound.

Setting up the tv was easy. While there was a bit of a problem with getting the Smart Hub working that first day due to a software issue, it was fixed by the next day and I haven't had any problems since. The tv has great picture and sound and the apps have worked well so far.

We are very happy with Clarity and picture color . We like the way the tv adjusts to the different programs we watch . Details of picture is high quality . Love are Samsung .

I bought this television because I had to replace the TV that was stolen in a burglary. This was a much better replacement and I saved over $300 because it was on sale. It's a 'smart' TV with enough bells and whistles for the average viewer. Good sound and picture quality.

Watching anything on this tv is great, playing Xbox one is on another level and the price is a steal. The picture quality is impeccable. However, the sound quality is garbage. But that's why you get surround sound.

This tv is super easy to setup and very user friendly. I'm impressed with clarity and picture. The sound is one downfall as it doesn't seem to get very loud and likely needs support from a soundbar and subwoofer. That's the only real issue if there's one to be found at all.

I love this TV, it has all the bells and whistles. The Smart Hub is so easy to use just a push of the button. The sound is so good you don't need a sound bar. The picture is amazing with the colors and the movie type effects. I recommend this TV 100%

The size of this tv is perfect for my living room. The color and resolution of images on this tv are amazing! The tv is easy to install and start-up, which is a plus. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the smart hub can be slow to start up. Overall though, I have been very happy with this tv and would highly recommend it!
