We have had this tv for about 2 years now. I love the graphics on it. The sound is okay, we have a soundbar so we don't use the volume on the tv anymore. It's the perfect size for our space and super light weight. It's great for movies and video games!

The size of this tv is perfect for my living room. The color and resolution of images on this tv are amazing! The tv is easy to install and start-up, which is a plus. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the smart hub can be slow to start up. Overall though, I have been very happy with this tv and would highly recommend it!

This TV was purchased to upgrade and replace an older Samsung and we really love the picture. The only drawback are that there are fewer connections for some of the other devices we have or no connections for older devices.

this is a replacement TV our plasma went out and we had never had a LED it is very cool as the other put out a lot of heat from the screen the color is wonderful and the sound is good I am not real computer smart and this is a very smart TV learning new things every day

We purchased this TV on black Friday as a Christmas gift. We have been very happy with it. The set-up was super simple. We are very happy with the picture. It has 2 HDMI outlets, so be aware of that, if more outlets are important to you. We are very happy with this TV.

For the first delivery they couldn't get the stand on correctly. It took several calls to get a replacement scheduled. The second crew knew what they were doing and were in and out in no time. The TV itself has an outstanding image and is very easy to set up and use.

This is my 3rd Samsung TV. Picture quality is great, easy set up and menu control. The only reason it did not get a 5 star was the very flimsy stand that comes with it. Almost seems as if its ready to snap at any time.

I love samsung tvs. I have 4 flat screens already. This one did not disappoint. Easy to mount on wall bracket. East to set up. Easy to use. Picture quality is great.

Out of the box this was an easy TV to set up. After hooking everything up the picture is very clear and the web TV and Netflix functions work well and are extremely nice to have. It would be nice if the base mount was a little sturdier but it works. Notice it has two HDMI inputs, in case you do not have a receiver. Overall great buy.

The service was great, and I also purchased the additional warranty product. I love the color, and for now the sound is great, may add additional sound system in future. Samsung is top rated in all resources i checked before making the purchase.

We paid 4 times as much for a TV with less capability 4 years ago.... Very excited to see Amazon Prime integrated with the Applications in this TV. Very happy with and highly recommend the Samsung - 55" Class (54.6" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV - Black

The best picture of any TV I have ever owned. Everything is easy to use. The only complaint is that the processor is slow to respond to clicks on the remote, and sometimes will not immediately open apps. It makes me wait several minutes. (Internet connection is the fastest available, other devices are not slow, only the TV is slow.)

My Samsung TV, is solid in every way, thus far. Ive owned for 3 months without any problems. Set up was simple and the smart TV element works fine. I use Netflix religiously without issue. Note., The screen is bigger than it looks in the store.

glad I purchased the Samsung sound bar with wireless sub woofer with the Samsung smart TV thought old projection set had good picture, but this out does , glad I had Best Buy geek squad do the installation.

I love my t.v. the smart features are really convenient and it has a feature to black out the screen if you don't want a picture while listening to music on youtube

Purchased this as the main television in the house. It was on sale and after comparing various models chose this over others. Delivered on time and couldn't be more pleased with the crispness of the picture.

My LG 55 inch died at 2 years and 1 month. Got this since my 8 year old Samsung is still working great. Also got the 5 year best buy warranty because I'm paranoid about losing a TV after such a short time.

This tv was so easy to setup. It literally did it all on its own. The features are easy to use and the picture and sound are awesome. So glad I went with the 55'" despite my wife's thoughts. She loves the tv as well and watches much more than before... Buy it!

The TV was easy to assemble and set up. Picture is clear, and there are no glitches, no lag, and no malfunctions. My only gripe is the cheap base. Small screws to hold up a pretty good sized TV and it does not swivel. But happy with the TV.

Excellent quality! The picture is very sharp and has beautiful color. We are very happy with the choice we made purchasing this TV.
