All is pretty good with this TV except for the sound and picture. The sound is not the greatest so I will have to purchase a sound bar most likely. For the TV provider I currently have the picture is not that great on most channels. Maybe due to the provider I guess. I still would recommend this TV it is great for the price.

Easy setup. Remote is adequate. Great picture. App hub is a nice concept but dissapointing that WATCHESPN is not an app yet. Also disappointed that the 'go to previous' can not switch across inputs.

This is the third one I bought. One for me and two for friends. High quality picture and sound that can't be surpassed. Perfect size for a medium to large room. The remote control is easy to navigate through all of the TVs many features.

Picture is great. Not sure I would notice the difference from this to 4k unless it was bigger. Remote needs to be redesigned as buttons for smart navi aren't comfortable and easy to find without looking at remote.

I bought this tv for myself and for my parents. The TV picture is pretty good. The smart features are slow, but I bundled this TV with an xbox one and the picture is quite nice. My parents love this TV also!

great price for a great TV. no complaints, easy to use and set up. only wish it had more hdmi inputs (only 2), but is serves it's purpose for the basement TV.

I've never had a problem with a Samsung product before and this one was no exception. Picture quality is good and so is the sound. If you have it mounted, make sure you have the sound coming out the bottom of the tv and not the back which is standard.

As my first smart tv purchase I can honestly say I am very happy with it, very easy to navigate through and awesome picture quality. The only down fall is having an Iphone and not being able to do the "screen mirroring" option. Other than that great TV.

Good picture and color sometimes has bouncing on black background or on black and white graghics haven't figured out why yet but doesn't happen all the time so that might be from my cable provider not sure

This is a great picture on this tv. I am very,very pleased with this tv. I recommend it to everyone.

I debated as to which TV I would purchase and read all of the reviews. I am happy to say that this was a very good decision. They picture quality is tremendous. It was also simple to assemble.

Picture and sound are both great. I personally don't think the stand holds TV straight but it doesn't bother me too much. Smart TV in retrospect is silly since I have a PS4 on this TV. Changing between inputs is slow but, not the worst thing ever.

This is a wonderful TV. It works well with streaming and cable networks. Picture and sound are great.

Picked up TV at best buy. Took it home. Unpacked it. Attached base. Plugged in all cables. Turned TV on. Updated software. Reprogrammed my Verizon remote to Samsung code (331), and away I went.

Best Buy had a fantastic sale on this great TV. After reviewing TV's for a few months for my business, this one was by far the best pic not just because of price, but because of the specs as well. 120hz refresh rate for this price was amazing!

Bought this TV on sale during Thanksgiving sales price after my original Samsung started to go out. Great purchase, awesome picture, wonderful price, good sound, Smart features make streaming subscriptions so much easier than Google Chromecast.

Samsung has done it again. You can't beat this television for the price. Sound and picture quality are excellent. My family has enjoyed endless hours on it since we've purchased it. I would highly recommend this product.

I love this TV! As a gamer the resolution and frame rate are top notch. The colors are vibrant and the picture is crystal clear. Definitely a great buy for the price.

We buy all of our electronics from Best Buy. We always buy the protection plan. The sales people could be a little more attentive, overall experience with Best Buy have been Great. The t e television (Samsung) 55 inch Smart Tv we love it.

This was a good buy. Beautiful picture, great sound. Highly recommend this product. I've had many Samsung TV's and they all seem to be excellent!
