This is the first time I own a Samsung and so far it has been great. I've always purchased LG but the deal for this TV was too good to pass on. It was a great purchase and I enjoy it very much.

Purchased Black Friday, received tv December 5th. Loved the tv up until 7 days ago when it started flashing "not available" on the screen. Only way to get it to stop flashing is to pull batteries out of remote. We even replaced brand new batteries with brand new batteries. Still same thing. And even using the button on the tv still flashes not available. Stopped into our local Best Buy and was told the only way to fix this is to box up the tv and return to store. To me that is a hassle. I don't recall being able to add the geek squad protection to my tv at time of checkout, but I could of missed it. I guess I will box up my tv and take it into local store to get this issue fixed or a new tv.

This Samsung HDTV has a great picture for a good price. The smart tv functions are a plus and are easy to use.

We absolutely love this tv. The tv has a very nice picture, vivid color and so easy to get it set up and connected. I love it that we can go right into watching Netflix, etc.

Best Buy matched another stores price which sold us. Chose a 55 " so we could get free delivery and pick up of our heavy console TV. Good perk!

I have always been a fan of Samsung products and this TV lives up to the expectations. The only thing that I am not crazy about is the fact that the TV has an angle to it when you use the stand, hence the 4 stars. Otherwise the TV has been great!

Only had the TV for Few months , No Issues love the Stadium feature , Will keep Update if any problems arise

The picture on this is so good it looks like you can reach out and actually pick up whats on the screen! Its easy to use and a great product!!!!

Love my new TV. The pictures are sharp. The colors are brilliant. My granddaughter is fascinated with it. She loves watching her cartoon. It was a great gift to myself. Love, love, love it.

We love our new Samsung Smart TV. The color and clarity is very good. We enjoy movies and sports more that we can watch them on our new 55 inch Samsung TV. This is a great tv for the price!

This is our first flat screen tv. It is so great. The picture is very clear. Being that it is a smart tv, it is very easy to use and comes loaded with alot the apps we use on our laptops.

Love this new Samsung Smart TV. Good picture. Lots of feature. Especially like the options for Internet channels like Netflix and AmazonPrime. Much better than the Vizio that it replaced.

This Smart TV has been easy to set up and easy to use. This picture is clear, and we enjoy the high definition, netflix, and other options.

Purchased during cyber Monday sales for my mother in law as a birthday gift and she absolutely loves it. Will buy again as an additional TV for our home at the next sale.

The only bad thing I have to say about this TV is that the gaming mode is buried under a lot of menus when it should be the click of a button. I found it very annoying but I am dealing with it. Other than that, great bang for your buck quality.

Samsung 55inch TV has great picture and got it at a great price. Two Insignia 43inch TVs are also very good, and Geek Squad did a great job setting up everything - very pleased with them!

Have been looking for some time for an HD TV. Not a market adopter. Just wanted to have a nice viewing experience for sports and movies. All in all, a great upgrade from our old style TV.

I purchased this tv for my mom for her birthday. she likes Samsung, she loves the picture quality. It is very clear and bright. She enjoys surfing YouTube on the smart TV.

We bought this online for Black Friday. It's a great tv with a beautiful picture and great Smart TV apps, but I wish it didn't take forever to be able to use the apps. Also, we had to buy additional pieces because the tv only has 2 HDMI ports.
