I bought this 55 Sanyo TV for my parents in their 70's. They had no problem using the remote and SMART aspects once the Best Buy team demonstrated after installation.

The guys came in set the tv up, asked if I had any questions, cleaned up their mess and I've been happy with my purchase since, with no complaints :) Thanks Best Buy!

Good price and met my requirements for size picture quality. Did not need to get a smaller set and 4k for the same price.

Great looking tv,I didn't go with the 4k because its a bedroom tv.But I will say it only a couple shades off my 4k tv.Excellent value as I grab it at almost 300 off.

Excellent TV. Excellent Store Customer Service. Pre-ordered 2 75" and 2 55". Store sold the 2 55" set and replaced with 2 60" units same model at no additional cost.

I bought this TV while it was on sale so I could use it seamlessly with my Samsung tablet for screen mirroring. I also got it because I wanted a larger screen to watch movies and play my games on. I've had it for two months and so far I love it. It may be a little on the heavy side, but it is relatively flat and not scarily thin like some newer models. I have it hanging on a floor stand and it's perfect for my room. If you haven't owned a 55" TV or larger before buying this TV, it will seem like a HUGE transition at first, but after a few weeks you'll get used to it and be glad that you chose this size. There aren't any controls on the TV itself besides the power button so be sure to have a remote on hand. Some people had mixed reviews about the TV volume and I've noticed that depending on what you are watching the default volume of whatever source you're using may make it seem like the volume is lower than it really is. For example, if you are watching certain YouTube videos the volume on some recordings will be lower, making it seem like TV volume isn't good enough OR if you are watching certain channels on TV that have louder volume it may make the TV volume seem super loud, but I would just recommend to note those channels so you can make your adjustments. I haven't added a soundbar or speakers and when I watch movies it has a nice sound quality. Overall I love it and plan to have it for years to come.

This 55" TV works as expected, was easy to set up, and has decent sound and color. We didn't need anything special and this TV was a great value.

Bought this TV on sale. Great TV for the price. I had to look at a website to adjust the the picture to get the most out of it. Sound is good and clear. Can use some improvement with an additional sound system.

Owned several samsungs through the years. This is another basic but good tv. It's not super thin but has a good pic and streams the popular apps people want.
