I purchased this TV just before the Super Bowl, it's a great TV for the price! Excellent picture quality, super easy setup navigation and, control. All the apps I most frequently used preloaded WiFi a big plus

We purchased this TV for our living room and hung it above the fireplace. It looks great. There are some lag issues but it can be fixed in the settings. You just need to be patient with it. Overall a great TV.

I wanted a bigger but good image looking tv and that is what I got. It is big enough for my room and the picture is perfect

Wow awesome TV, I bought my TV on black Friday and I have to say that I have no complaints I'm happy... Nice picture and easy to use the Netflix app is great.

This TV is my third large screen TV and by far an amazing TV! The picture is beautiful and clear, sometimes even looks like you are in the scene. The energy saving feature dims the TV when the room is darker, which helps to avoid the bright TV at evening time. But when we want to brighten up, we have the option to change it to "entertain" mode. It has netflix, amazon prime, and other apps already installed. It is very user friendly as I know some TVs can be too "techy" to work with and I am not techy by no means. The sound is great and does not have to be full blown as I have had to do with other TVs (unless it is on a non-HD channel as this does affect the sound, but not the TVs fault). The feature that allows u to mirror your phone to the TV to show videos and/or pics is great too as it also gives u the sound. We just love this TV and would recommend it to anyone.

I wasn’t looking to spend a fortune on a smart tv & this particular one was a great price. I only use it for Netflix & the other ‘smart’ options being that I don’t have cable. But I love it!

I also bought this unit in the store after getting some good insight from the salesperson. It was very simple to get it setup, and I am very pleased with it.

Pictures quality and overall is very nice. Kinda lite and cheap feeling but whose carrying it all around. Unplugging and replacing hdmis in the back are not steady, like the ports are not fastened in place.

Television has the best picture and is easy to operate even for an old person that has to have grand kids adjust Computer and the other T V s in the house.

I love not having all those extra remotes. I have Netflix and Hulu and eliminating the remotes is great. The overall performance is amazing.

I paid $750 for this 55 inch samsung HD smart tv but I am not at all satisfied with it. The main feature that I use in a smart tv is ability to stream youtube / other apps directly from my mobile to the tv, although this tv claims that it works, I have been struggling to make it work for the past 2 months without much help from Samsung customer support, who give a standard reply that "we are trying to fix it and it will be fixed in next 24 hrs". The other disappointing thing about this TV is that it has only 2 HDMI ports and in today's world where we have multiple gadgets its tough to manage with 2 ports. For example, I have an XBox and a Cable TV-BOX and a Chromecast( which I had to buy because the streaming function of the TV does not work) and all of them connect to the tv through HDMI port and now I have to unplug at least one of them at all times. The smart hub ( the home of all samsung apps) takes more Than 5 mins to start after turning on the TV so you have to waut a while before you can open netflix or any other app on the tv. All-in-All I am disappointed with this TV and there are many TVs out in the market which will give you much better value for your money

This TV is great! Does what it says it does! I would definitely recommend to any good friend of mine or my mom!

Tv isn't so bad I would say it is worth th price but even after adjusting it seems it is still a bit to bright on people's faces but it isn't that bad. Reason for 4 stars is that the tv has been owned maybe a month and I am getting occasional black spots with lines in the tv. Of course it is under warranty through samsung but I thought best buy would cover it for a certain amount of time but they just sent me straight to samsung because I didn't buy the geek squad extended warranty. No biggy just hate waiting on samsung they take forever to sort things out. I'd still recommend the tv.

This tv is perfect for our needs. Was able to tune in the free OTA HD channels as well as normal cable channels.

It is a great tv but every now and then it has a lag and freezes. I love Samsung products though. It does all the features that I need and I only gave it 4 stars due to the lagging issues.

Love this television. Nice color and sound, easy setup. Not a 4k but I can't tell the difference.

The picture, color, and images are great. However, the picture jumps at times. There is a delay in remote to get to different channel. Do not like speakers in back of tv. This affects the quality of sound .
