It as a new dimension to watching tv. It is no longer like watching a flat picture it Morrisis more like being in the same room - you can actually see "depth" in what you are watching.

Nice smart tv apps, web browser. Great picture. Works fast, great sound with louder bass than other TVs I've bought. Not the most connections as far as usb but still gets the job done.

Had to return the first TV because of bad picture quality. There was a black square in the picture. 2nd Works fine, but the inconvenience of having to return the 1st one was frustrating. There was no problem at the store when I went in to return the defective TV. Was in and out in 20 minutes with a new one.

This tv is very good least longer to to broke. I love to buy at best buy because they give you guarantee at all the items that they sell.

It was a good television set for the size and value. Wasn't the top and It got the job done for a 55 inch TV. Picture was sharp and clear. Set up was easy. Pretty much, plug-and-play.

Did some shopping for a new flat screen tv. Sams club and Costco had the same tv with similar prices. Went with Best Buy due to free shipping. Salesman was professional and prompt.

it works great but the smart tv is really slow we got a chrome cast for it, I would say just get a regular tv and buy a fire stick or chrome cast anything like that
