My family has purchased multiple Samsung TVs and we have always been satisfied with their performance. The picture quality on this TV is excellent. The sound quality seemed very good too, but we bought a Bose sound bar, so we are not using the TV speakers at the moment. We don't really use the smart features as we have a smart Blu Ray player which we stream Netflix and Amazon through. But overall we are very happy with this TV.

We have been trying to cut our cable bill and buying a smart TV was part of the solution. We went with the model that has web browsing. It is important to make sure that it has a web browser not all Samsung Smart TV's do. We have enjoyed watching movies online and the picture quality is just outstanding. Great TV and at a great price.

Beautiful colors, Great sound, bought on sale for a bargain price, took me only a few minutes to learn how to use the smart tv funtions, Can be used to surf the internet which can be slow at times navigating with the control, Very smart investment, Best Buy team set up tv in 5 minutes

I am very pleased with my smart TV. It is nice to be able to quickly go to Netflix and Youtube. The colors and sound are very good. From all the reviews we read, we thought we would need to purchase a sound bar. We were very happy that we did not need to spend the extra funds on that.

I wasn't expecting the complexity of using this TV nor the constant changing of how the programming works.Yesterday it works one way and today to does something different with the same remote command. Because some of it is wi-fi the reaction time of the of the remote is extremely slow. Looking for HD at a reasonable price but don't see the value of diving into 4K yet? If so, this could be the TV you're looking for. Respected brand name (this is my 4th Samsung, they last years and still look great) & a large 55" screen is perfect for most mid-sized rooms.

i replaced my old samsung with a new samsung smart, my husband and i love it.. the colors are great, i have to say it could be much better if i could hook up to a faster internet, i could use all those other options, like netflex & etc.

I love the sound and picture quality. Aside from my initial purchase having been dropped, damaged, returned, and replaced... I am very pleased with the product. My only disappointment was that I went back to purchase a Samsung keyboard to use with it, and found that the keyboard was not a compatible device. Upon returning it to the store, I asked the clerk if there was a keyboard I could replace it with. No such luck. The TV itself does not offer that function. Otherwise, the upgrade to a SMART TV was seamless...

I have replaced most of my TV's with Samsung because it is a brand you can trust to last and include the features you want. I use this TV for the family and gaming. It has a great picture and keeps up with the games. Light for it's size. Could not be happier with this one.

I bought this TV because it came highly regarded and the 2015-on models have a true 120hz refresh rate. Video games run flawlessly, aided by Samsung's Game mode and movies look rich. Excellent buy and I feel it will last us years!

This TV has an awesome picture. I also love that the dark areas on the screen are solid black and give picture great contrast. Remote is very different but it is easy to use. Also like the metal frame instead of cheaper plastic.

This Samsung television has great picture quality and I am pleased that I purchased it on sale. So far, I am happy with the picture quality and functionality of the television... but the only thing I would like is more HDMI connections included. If there were 4 HDMI connections available on this television, I would have given a 5 star rating. I cannot testify to the sound quality because I have a sound bar.

Great TV. Easy set-up, good quality. I am not an expert but according to our experiences, Samsung has a way better quality on TV images. Also this one fits to my TV stand perfectly since it has one large leg in the middle, instead of 2 legs on each side. Screen size is awesome and not losing any image quality even on action scenes or sports. Only I wish the remote had a keyboard on it for an easier typing.

I am very pleased with my Samsung 55 inch TV. It has a very sharp picture quality and good color and clarity. It is not a top of the line tv, but I think it is a very good tv for the price. The delivery was also very efficient and on time. I am very satisfied with my purchase from Best Buy.

With so many different options and variations to select among 50" - 60" flat screen televisions, it's nice to find this J-series LED set was available at Best Buy. Although it looked great in the showroom, it's even better on the wall. Colors are balanced to my eyes and the refresh rate seems perfectly fine for watching MLB and college football. Don't know how one can go wrong with this set in any size.

This tv has lots of features and the picture is fantastic. I have it wall-hung and use a Samsung soundbar. I'm connected to Direct TV, Amazon Fire, and sometimes use an outside antenna. The smart functions are easy to learn. I connected the internet through an ethernet cable directly into the TV rather than use wifi.

I have owned this tv for about a month now and really enjoy it. It's not as crisp as a 4k tv with 2160, but it's certainly not far off. The sound is pretty good, however I purchased a blu ray home theatre 5.1 to get theatre quality surround sound and it works great. The only issue I have had is the tv restarts it self sometimes but then resumes normal programming. This is a big tv for my apt. But I would buy it again and I certainly would recommend it.

I was looking for a TV for my outside patio. For the price and the features that were offered on the tv (smart tv), I could not pass it up! I can watch almost anything and everything from my backyard. I am a big fan of Samsung and a bigger fan of Best Buy. The one year no interest on the tv was also a big plus!

I wanted a “Smart” TV, but didn’t feel I needed 4K or Ultra HD technology. I’m the only person in my home, don’t do gaming, or watch sports. I wanted the Smart features mostly for my NETFLIX use. This TV is easy to use, and has a very clear picture. It is perfect for my needs and wants.
