I was worried that the tv would be too big for my living room but it has been terrific especially for watching hockey and football games. So far the only concern is that on several evenings, distortion in audio and video to the point that you can not watch a program, but we have not been able to determine if the distortion is the tv or caused by the weather interfering with the cable.

I believe Samsung is one of the best brands of television you can buy. The 55" smart TV that I bought the week of Super Bowl 2016 is great. It was on sale for $599.00, and I feel I got a very good deal for this TV.. The picture is great, sounds great, & the SMART feature makes it really fun to watch/use. I'm very satisfied with my purchase! My teenage son absolutely loves it, too!

I wanted to buy a lower model TV for a good price. I have always enjoyed my Samsung TV's, so I bought the lower end model 55 inch version, and it has been wonderful. Picture is great, sound is good (although I got a SONOS playbar for it). I would recommend this TV to anyone looking to upgrade the size of their TV, but didn't want to spend the money for the latest, greatest models.

My new Samsung 55" has very good picture quality. For now, I do not use the smart features, as I am not very high tech. The first set had a cracked screen, which my Best Buy store promptly gave me a replacement. However, I would recommend for consumers to check the TV operation before leaving the store. Other than that, setup was easy and have had no problems with this TV.

The Samsung smart TV is definitely the way to go if you love quality and functional with entertaining family, friends and special movie's nights perfect.. LCD gives off nothing but pure sharpenes and vibrant colors you almost need to where shades

This television was purchased for my basement and was intended for the purpose of watching sports, and for my children's game system. The picture quality is very good in my opinion. However, as others have stated in their reviews, it could use a sound bar if you're planning on using it for watching movies. Be advised, this TV only has 2 HDMI ports, which is why I only gave it 4 STARS!!! If you need more than that, you can buy an adapter that gives you more.

I wanted the large TV viewing experience but didn't want to spend big bucks. This TV gave me both. Well priced and the picture looks amazing! Watch the big game or a movie. I bought the surround sound package with it and it makes it even better.

Television is great for what it is- a cheap HDTV. I have yet to use the smart tv features but heard it works okay. Pros: Great picture quality Loud sound Cons: Samsung stand is not the most stable. TV feels like it will collapse anytime I touch the tv to turn it off. Bought extra TV straps to secure it to the tv stand and wall Only two HDMI ports. Wish there were more

Picture is clear, enough options & technology to meet my needs & able to add sound bar or hook up stereo speakers if volume not adequate enough for you. Fits good in my space. 3rd Samsung tv purchase for me, 1st smart tv. Didn't really want a smart tv but no other options in size I was looking for, it's as if that is a standard feature for Samsung with this size & higher

Colors are vivid and true. I had to tweak the colors to get them right, though. That should not be a problem... most people have different preferences on how their picture looks. The SPORTS mode enhances the picture tremendously. I would like to have the capability to leave the SPORTS mode on permanently. As it is, I have to select it each time the TV is turned on.

This TV is amazing. My only issue is it takes a minute or so to warm up and connect to the internet when it is first turned on. It's minimal compared to the picture and sound quality. Worth every penny.

I saw this TV on line and the price was right. When I went to the Best Buy store they had seven TV's and one left. My son-in-law went to look at it and the salesclerk told him it was the last one because it was such a good seller. My son-in-law texted me and told me he was holding it for me. I immediately went down and bought it. My son-in-law put it in his van and took it to my house and put it on top of my fireplace. I loved it the minute it put it up.

This TV is easy to set up. Very reasonable price. Decided not to do 4k because not enough material out there is in 4K. Hooked to Bose surround and works and sounds great Excellent sports mode/motion 120. Highly recommend. Samsung make great panels. Thanks P.S. Buy Samsung Blue ray because of BD WISE. They handshack with TV to provide optium picture.

Due to product reviews and our experience with Samsung, we purchased this TV prior to the usual onslaught of black Friday sales. The price was reasonable and the service technicians answered all of concerns [especially regarding the smart tv function and being able to mirror]. We have been extremely satisfied with this purchase and would recommend to others.

I'll almost consider this a black friday deal - price was perfect and the resolution and picture quality is through the roof. would highly recommend this to someone looking for a TV of this size, and the best part is that it was a weekly sale that didn't require some door-buster sale rush

My first Smart TV, and it is awesome. The image is sharp, and it feels as if "I was there." The menu and set up was very easy to use and complete. It looks great and it is not heavy, at all. The HDMI and USB connections make everything so easy to connect. I was able to connect it to my Receiver and make use of the 5.1 Surround Sound I already had set up.

The product is good and supports the latest Samsung apps. However, HDMI, USB connectors at the back faces wall so carefully choose TV wall mount to have enough space to avoid sharp cable bends or use 90-degree connectors.

I have been looking to purchase a smart tv for a while. So I finally decide to purchase the Samsung 55" tv. I am so happy that I did, the picture quality is excellent.

Samsung has a great picture / vivid colors and more than adequate sound. Followed easy to read instructions for start-up and programming of TV & Remotes...Enjoying the Internet & especially the App features - Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Etc..Enjoying another very good Samsung product! Best Buy delivered for store p/u right on schedule without any problems!

We bough this as an "open box" item one evening, spur of the moment. My wife quickly browsed the reviews online before we completed the purchase. We've had it for about a month, and it's been great so far. There is one glitch where I had to unplug it and plug it back in, because the volume wouldn't change but that's it. Overall, great TV for the price. Pictures is clear and sharp, sound is good, and if it came up... I'd buy it again.
