I am enjoying my purchase of this tv. I found a review online that guided me to great settings... Using the movie mode makes a difference. Movies on HBO are CLEAR . Movies on Bluray are fantastic!

I am satisfied with the tv. I picked it up and installed it myself. The contents were short some screws for assembly, When I called the store to report this they said come back, we will give you some. when I went back they gave me some short bolts. I said I need screws, They said this is what all Samsung TVs use.They said go to Home Depot, we'll give you a $100. credit. I did. Finished setting up the TV. Later I read that they would deliver, set-up and take the old TV. So I called back and said since you didn't have to do ll that, would you take my old TV? BB said no. So I had to take my old TV to recycle. Cost me $107 to recycle. So over all I am happy With the TV not with BB.

Been looking at this brand of tv for awhile needless to say once I got it home I was surprised to find all the little features that are not really expressed and the 3D is awesome it's a must buy

I absolutely love this tv amazing picture, amazing features, and even the sound is pretty clear.. Only thing i dont like is the silver trimming kind of looks stupid but the picture is AMAZING....

Picture quality is great. Lots of features we haven't used yet Would have liked to have a keyboard come with it.

The picture quality is excellent. The clarity of the picture is as if the characters were in the room with you.

TV is definitely awesome. Picture is amazing and the remote is easy to use/setup. Netflix and YouTube apps work perfect with amazing clarity.

I bought the UN55JU6700FXZA and returned it less than a week later. I NEVER return things. My wife (who doesn't notice anything ever) said the picture looked weird. The screen had significant flashlighting. I knew it had to go back. I took it back to BB and the sales accosiate (Andy) was very helpful. This TV is pretty much the best iv found inside my budget. I did find issues with some of the "Smart" Features. The Cinama Black settings along with the Smart LED settings had frustrating effects while watching anything letterboxed. But the overall HD picture quality is really good. I wanted a bigger tv 60 or 65 but to get the relitive picture quality I would have to upgrade the price point significantly. I have looked A LOT. To get a better picture you have to jump past the 8500 Series. Not below. So for under $1800 This is the best 55" you can buy.

This T.V. has the best picture that I have ever seen. The picture and colors are so clear and vivid, it's like you are there. Buying this T.V. was the best decision that I could have made.

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing the JS8500. It's worth every penny. Clean crisp picture. It's only going to get better with the advent of 4K and a calibration down the road.

This is my 2nd Samsung 8000-level TV purchase. This TV has an amazing panel. Picture quality is superb. The apps are fast and connectivity lacks nothing. Would highly recommend this TV.

This television is great! We weren't looking to purchase a SmartTV but now using it at home we know we made a good choice. It is very convenient, no more extra boxes to watch online TV.

This is my second Samsung UHD TV. Both have been excellent quality for the money spent. Extremely easy and intuitive to set up to home network. Best Buy price guarantee beneficial.

This was a replacement for my 40 inch Samsung, and so far it has worked great. I am a huge fan of the movie Gravity, so I wanted to have the 3D before it was gone. The upscaling on my blu ray to the 4K looks awesome, and even the ATT uverse looks better with the UD color enhancement. The delivery was on time and the guys hooked it up correctly. At the $1000 discount (and use a 10% coupon), this was a great tv for the price.

This TV is simply beautiful. Everything looks great. Even old sitcoms. My friends are jealous and everyone who sees it comments on how clear and realistic the picture looks. I love it.

The tv is great. The picture is astounding. I love being able to surf the net from the tv. The only thing missing is a Spotify app.

Not only does this TV deliver the best picture imaginable, but it also up-scales broadcast and regular HD and Blu Ray to this phenomenal clarity and color richness. As if all that was not enough, the remote offers features light years ahead of others on the market, with speech command and the "pointer". The remote was easy to master. The 3D is incredible, and the conversion of broadcast, cable and blu ray to 3D is also outstanding. Best Buy Delivered and set up this TV for me at no additional cost. The special sports setting is also an amazing plus. I highly recommend this TV for anyone looking for true state of the art in home entertainment.

Excellent flat screen, clear bright picture, no blurring motion, easy set up. Volume control works great with Samsung sound bar.
