Easy to set up, no issues at all. Picture quality is excellent. Was actually surprised with the sound, not bad at all for a thin tv. Little on the pricey side but I think picture quality and overall quality is worth the price.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the extra money on the 9000 series. I upgraded from a 47" LG Led with passive 3D. Never got onto the 3D, but that will change. The 3D is amazing on this tv. The picture is not over exaggerated and I can definitely see a difference with the 4K upscaling. The smart interface flows nice and operates pretty seamlessly. The One Connect box is perfect for setting everything up. Very happy with the purchase.

I am very happy with this curved Samsung 55" It has a very clear picture, The color is great. It gives a lot of settings for your choice. The sound is great. I did not purchase the sound bar, but may buy it in the future . I am going to wall mount it so that I can tilt it down to reduce the reflection . My room is very bright. The remote is very small. I would rather have it a little bigger with a strap. It comes with a variety of Apps. Netflix is built right in so I don't need a box.. It doesn't get hot like my last TV. My kids no longer make fun of the size of my TV when they come to visit.

Both of my tvs busted in December and January of last year...since then I have purchased and returned about 5 different tvs, all different brands and technologies but was never happy with anything. Until this one! After spending hours with very friendly Best Buy employees I finally decided to splurge and get this tv. However I had gift cards from a phone purchase and received a Black Friday discount and then got a deal with another free tv and hard drive thrown in. All I can say is money well spent. Amazing picture quality and easy to use. The only con I am having is that if you use analog cable the quality isn't as good as it is when watching a bluray movie or HD channels. But I am really happy and this one is not going back

I have had this television for about a month now and to put it simply, I do not think you can find a better picture on any TV. The 3D also works great and is another great option. You have to wear glasses like with any 3D television but other than that minor annoyance it is a lot of fun to use and view and looks excellent too. I am very happy with my purchase.

4k Picture and 3D on 3D MGo are incredible viewing. This TV will blow your family and friends away. We could not be any happier with this Smart TV. The remote allows you to use it for all devices hooked up to Quick connect box via HDMI cables. Once you learn the features, you wonder how you ever got along without it. Samsung 55 UN55JS9000FXZA 4K Ultra HDTV will take home viewing to new extremes and makes it fun to have Movie night at home.

I rarely make purchases as I commonly suffer from post-purchase anxiety. Not the case with this TV. The picture is beautiful and it's features are easy to learn. However, was glad to have an older Samsung remote to use while I learned the new one. "Voice Recognition" for finding youtube material wasn't a reason for purchasing. In fact I didn't understand what "Smart TV" was all about. Now I easily load my favorite artists or albums and anything else I can think of. Wow, this TV does most everything. And yes, the picture is absolutely beautiful. Easy set-up right out of the box. Look no further, spend the difference and enjoy.

This is an amazing tv.. Picture quality is just hard to describe. Crystal clear. Color quality and clarity just amazing. If you want to watch tv at night without bothering the rest of the family you can connect your favorite Bluetooth Headset for private listening....Awesome. The mini connect one does away with most of the cable clutter. I'm not that found of the remote supplied though.. Its hard to hold but I am getting use to it Sort of. It doesn't fit that well in your hand.

The TV was easily ordered, professionally delivered by two cleanly uniformed men, They unpacked it, installed it, set it up for me and made sure it played well. They then took all the packaging and trash away with them. The curve in the screen makes you feel like you are in the action. The entire manual is only several pages and very easy to follow. I am totally satisfied with this Samsung TV.

Samsung has outdone themselves with the curved 4k TV's the quality is so sharp that you can see individual wrinkles on peoples faces. the TV may be too good. when watching old shows or movies you can actually pick out issues that you wouldn't have noticed previously due to the quality of cameras used to film them. The color is rich and vibrant the connector box contains several connector types. The only downfall is the remote... It is small and that is nice but it is difficult to truly control the TV easily with it.

Amazing color and picture on this tv plus the curved style gives great viewing experience from any angle of the room.

I can not stop looking at this TV. Fantastic picture and 3D conversion looks great. Up converts to 4K great. Remote is very simple but I mostly use my Comcast remote so it doesn't bother me. Netflix works great unlike on Sony TVs. VUDU also works great. I can literally see this from every angle which is why I got the TV. I will be returning it though due to a price drop on a 65" of the same TV. This is a good size of most rooms but couldn't help upgrade with the price drops. Hockey looks amazing. Able to see the puck clearly.

The TV has not just an awesome picture but adding the curved sound bar makes for a pleasingly aesthetic look and provides great sound. Besides having a very detailed picture, the curved screen allows one to sit very much off-axis and enjoy the total screen. The picture looks very natural and I have not experienced eye fatigue which has happened in the past with some other TVs.

The product is exactly what I wanted. Lots of features. Relatively easy to figure out. Great picture that iis wed to my Bose Sound system. The Geek guys were beyond great. There was one snafu that was solved quickly. They are patient, skilled and up to date on all of the technology. Simply a great group of men who service our area. In addition they are courteous. Real jems!!!!

I was looking for a new TV and decided to go with this one as I wanted the latest technology and the quality of Samsung. I'm very pleased with the purchase of this TV.The picture quality is exceptional and the curved screen adds a better picture viewing on the side angle. My only complaint is the TV speakers themselves are not very good and I would definitely recommend running it through a surround sound system or the Samsung sound bar is a good choice.

Even though there is limited 4K material currently available, the upconversion is stunning. The default picture settings needed some adjustment but the extra effort was worth it. Would have given 5 stars but the connection to Netflix does not always work. Technical support from Samsung suggested I "reset" everything to factory default. That corrects the problem but I have to again change the picture settings. This has happened twice in two weeks. Maybe a firmware update will correct this. Also, the angle of viewing is extremely limited; the picture deteriorates quickly if you're not viewing close to center.

With the curved feature I feel as if though I am actually in the movie or surrounded by the movie. It is nice to be able to sit at various angels and still see the picture. The 3D feature is amazing. The image seems to jump right out at you. I have yet to use the smart option. Still watching all my old favorite movies on this amazing tv!

This TV has grown on me big time. Its like my new toy. Love that I can connect my external drive and watch or listen everything I have there. Once you'll figure out your preference on picture setting you will fall in love with the unit.

Easy to use! Great picture and features. When our other tv goes we will get one of these!

This TV is the best thing I have ever seen or had I was caught between this and similarly priced LG and Sony tvs but I'm glad I got this one. Main reason was future compatibility and 3d. I have 3 kids soon to be 4 and it is just so expensive to go to movies anymore we decided to get a good 3d after 10 3d movies this TV will have paid for its self. Only thing is the glasses little watch batteries suck. I did talk them into giving me 5 demo pairs for free so I have 6 pairs. But I think I will buy rechargeable since we do 2d 3d I up converting and save the battery ones for company. 9.8/10 for my family
