We bought the tv as a Christmas gift to the family and we are very happy with the picture quality. It was easy to set up and use also. The only thing we don't like is that when you turn the volume up past about halfway the speakers start to vibrate. We ended up just getting a speaker bar for the tv and that works great.

This TV is overall a great product. The active 3D is very nice with new 3D movies coming out every day. The ability to access the internet via the hub and connect a bluetooth keyboard and mouse makes multitasking directly on the tv a snap.

Replaced an LG with this Samsung. I am very happy with the switch because it has a better 2D and 3D picture, and there are so many free videos to choose from when using the Smart TV function. The 2D to 3D conversion is also very good.

We recently replaced our old DLP HDTV with this LED Smart TV. They were both made by Samsung and we have been pleased with their products in the past. This TV has the best contrast of any I've owned; the blacks are very dark and the reflections from nearby windows is much less than our old TV. The Smart TV features are nice, especially if you don't already have another Internet device for your TV. We actually have TiVo and a PS3, so it's not as important. However, there are other apps that you may like from the Smart Hub, for weather, sports, news, etc. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend this model to others.

This is an excellent TV with intuitive Smart TV features. The picture quality is great and the navigation is easy. I hope Samsung keeps the software updates flowing so that the latest and greatest features are available.

We love the fact that this unit frees up so much space as our recently deceased unit was one of the first HDTV's and was massive, (although it was much easier to clean around and move around). This unit is much more compact and we probably (heck, definitely) did not really need the additional sound system. IMO, the sound from the unit is adequate ulnless you are (1) deaf, or (2) must have that theatre surround system in the house. The images are crisp and clear enough you can tell who has their makeup airbrushed and who does not (not always a good thing.....lol!) Would we buy this again, probably. However, if I had an extra $3K-$5K, I go for the top of the line because we are computer people and waiting for the image to appear when we turn the screen on is not something we are used to having to deal with. Also, if you have the money, and the room, just go for the 80" or 90" as long as you live in where you can wall mount your unit - then you can just skip the movie theater trips!

Love this TV, I went from a Sony HD flat to Samsung. I knew that Samsung is the leader in displays (phones, TVs, monitors, etc..) I didn't realize just how great though, the TV looks amazing with Blu-ray and HD, and connects to my laptop flawlessly through HDMI. I can control it with my wireless keyboard, as well as my Sony Tablet-S..My goal is to make everything in my home wireless and this is certainly capable of doing so. Price is a little higher than other brands, but those brands aren't close to the quality and features you get in a Samsung (think Galaxy S3 vs. any other phone).

Have enjoyed it since we got it delivered. Love the picture quality the sound is awesome with the sound bar. Really enjoy the 3D option and all the smart features/options available. Would recommend this T.V.

This Samsung - 55" Class - LED - 1080p - 120Hz - Smart - 3D - HDTV is the best TV I've owned. It has great features, pictures, sound. It is easy to use and go through the features . Bigger then my last TV.

The flicker I mentioned is my only issue other than that the tv is great. I have hooked up a usb splitter and used several diff types of wire/wireless mouse and keyboard combos and non combos and with a 3 button mouse you can access and navigate almost all menus with out the remote. I have charged my galaxy s 3 on the usb port. It supports sbs (side by side) 3d, top bottom 3d and active shutter. Press the 3d button on the remote and pick which one suits your needs pending your content and if your converting 2d to 3d you will wanna pick the first option it will work best. You should be a berry happy camper minus the flicker. When I use my pc and watch a movie full screen it never flickers it only flickers while it's showing the desktop.

Easy to set up. Clear picture and easy to navigate between features. This product lives up to the Samsung reputation.

I really can't find anything bad to say about this TV! The picture is amazing. We love the 3D ability and the Smart technology. The only negative is probably not using this TV to its full capabilities.

I found this model on sale at a significant price cut. I hesitated, and then bought it. Setup was a breeze. The stand swivels, which is a nice feature. The TV is very thin, and pretty light for a 55". Samsung does an excellent job of suporting the apps for its smart TV's. The 3D works fine, but honestly, I only tested it as I'm not that crazy about it. The picture on this TV is great, which was really a key selling feature for me. Also, the response time for remote commands seems to be a little better than other brands that I have played with. Buy this TV, you will not be disappointed. Also, the remote has a soft backlight in yellow, which is pretty nifty.

Overall, our tv was a great buy despite that it is expensive. This tv is voice activated but difficult to set up. The clarity can be so bright in a dark room it could hurt your eyes. No, seriously it took some getting use to the picture, I would strongly recomend dimming the brightness to help keep your eyes from tearing/burning. Also, I am not sure if I can blame thev tv for the 3D MOVIES causing headaches, but I would recommend not watching more than one 3D movie a day to minimize headaches. I know this review seems more negative but the color and clarity are unbeatable matched with the superior quality samsung offfers. I am a very satisfied customer.

I absolutely love this tv. I had a 32 inch samsung lcd then decided to upgrade to this slim 55 inch led. Love the features and the picture is great. I would suggest just the standard setting for the best picture, the other picture options distort the image color in my opinion. Playing video games especially shooters was a challenge at first but I just had to increase the distance between from the tv and get adjusted from the 32 inch. It is an extra 20 inches after all. The sound is the only issue I have with the tv. This is a problem with all slim leds so no fault to samsung. I had to get the hw-450 sound bar and now my entertainment game is very proper.

Great Tv overall awesome picture and the accessible internet is AWESOME. Sound is kinda low thank go I have surround sound. I will definatley recommend to anyone

Smart TV with internet capability, both wireless and wired. Easy set up with numerous web applications. Smart Apps for TV and Movie access, with simple setup.

This was a very good fit for my Family Room. The size and thickness blends into the room. The features are great, and the picture quality is fantastic.

This is a great TV. Unfortunately, I have had it for over a month but not have had a chance to really use the TV to it's fullest capability. I love that it connects to the internet and has a netflix app. I really want to explore all the samsung fitness apps, it even has Yoga videos! The picture is wonderful, sound is great and the TV is very thin and user friendly. This is the first TV that I have had that I didn't need someone to help me set up. If you are connecting to a cable box like AT&T you may need to restart the cable box.
