Very good TV with lots of features and a decent value.

Great price for the features. Family is really enjoying the clarity and brightness of the super sharp images. I have been a committed Sony user and decided to give Samsung a try and very satisfied with my selection. You will not be disappointed.

overall i am happy with my purchase and i would definately recommend this to a friend or family member. the price was right, the tv quality was right and the customer service rep helped me in choosing everything i needed to complete my tv.

I bought this product to use in my primary home theater area. It is mounted on a stand and connected to a Blu-ray player and a receiver and a 5.1 speaker system. It was easy to open and set up. Connection to the internet was fast and easy. Picture quality out the box for this TV was atrocious. Colors were way off and everything looked bright and over saturated. Dark scenes were terrible. I eventually went on to CNET (they did give this TV a poor review, which I second), and applied their settings to my TV. While this vastly improved the picture quality, it still could not match the quality of my 55" LG. I am considering swapping the LG to my primary home theater area. The smart functions are adequate and while the interfaces are not that great, they seem similar to current industry standards. This TV is ok but I expected better from Samsung.

The new TV has greatly increased our viewing experience. We haven't viewed anything in 3D yet but I can't wait. We haven't figured out how to connect to the internet yet. I don't know exactly how todo it but we'll figure it out.

Try it that's all I can say bestbuy has a really good return. Oh Andorra you plan to play games on it it has a game mode so it has a really good refresh rate for games.

This was the 2nd Samsung we bought, not because we had any problems but to get a bigger screen so we bought the same no problem Samsung mfg. TV! This TV is easy to unpackage, set up, and program.

This TV was an outstanding purchase for me. Big but not absurdly so. Great picture and very slim. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is in the market for a Samsung smart tv.

The combination of the Harmon Cardin Soundbar and the Samsung 55 inch tv is as good as if it were in the showroom floor (programmed floor clip). I am very happy with the product.

It was easy to hang because it was so light compared to my old LCD The software is much more user friendly than my old TV The phone support from Samsung during setup was great

The television was wall mounted and worked wonderfully for the first three weeks. On a Saturday morning as I was waking up and watching tv, it made a loud pop, and gave off an odor of something that was burning. I called best buy and they only thing they could do was send someone from an outside source to come and pick it up on Monday! Then the TV was gone for a week being "fixed." I just got it back this morning, and so far it is ok. However, I have never experienced a TV going out so quickly, and it worries about the longevity of the product.

Only had it a month. Pictures definitely needs to be calibrated. Factory settings are not the same as what they should be in a home. Best Buy will be coming out to calibrate. Easy to use features and Samsung Customer Service is OUTSTANDING.

Overall this is a great TV......Samsung offers a lot of Apps and the TV syncs with my other Samsung products. Easy to set up and has a good interent connection.

I love my tv enough said. Im buying bigger one but same brand when I have the oppurtunity to. I highly recommend the quality of this company. ..

This in my first HDTV with 3D and it is great. Sansung has a great product here.will deff. geat another one for the bedroom

It was a great tv for the price. Last years model on sale. I am very happy with it. Except the internet browser on the tv has no flash software so I can only read web pages.

I would definately buy this TV again. This TV blew the 55" LG tv that I had out of the water. There was no comparison.

Love this tv. It was easy to set up and looks great in my living room. Didn't really want 3D but my daughter loves it.

Love this tv! It was a first purchase and were so happy with the results. Will definitely be sticking with Samsung!
