our whole family loves this smart tv. kids enjoy netflix and we love pandora and other apps. picture and sound quality is great. vivid colors. sharp. this is an excellent product. the only disadvantage is the actual web browsing - without wireless bluetooth keyboard or special samsung remote, typing the entries takes time... if you are planning to do web surfing, highly recommend getting a wireless keyboard.

We enjoy our favorite movies and more in detail. The two 10W speakers provide a ok soundscape, hence why we also purcashed a SAMSUNG sound bar.

This is a great TV and is my second Samsung (and I was very happy with the first one). Quality build, very easy to setup and the picture is fantastic (especially blue-ray movies). Remote is easy to use and the ability to access the internet from a 55" screen is pretty nice! An absolute bargain for the price, picture quality and the features it offers! One happy buyer here (so far:-)

I bought this as an upgrade for an older model Samsung. I got it for a good price. The picture is excellent on this model. The sound isn't very good, my guess is maybe it's because the TV is so slim you give up some speaker room. If yo have a home theater system or soundbar you should be good. My old Samsung model had much better sound. The built in wifi is a plus. It connects with no problem. Im having issues with using it (connection wise) but I think it's due to my internet connection. I wish it had one more HDMI slot.

I have had Samsung televisions in the past and this one did not disappoint either. The picture quality is excellent and extremely clear. The picture is vibrant and color is excellent. The overall look of the television is professionally done and fits well in any room.

We purchased this ultra-thin TV as part of a Cyber Monday sale for our basement. We got it home, assembled the base, plugged it in, and started setting it up! The setup guide makes configuring the TV very easy. We were watching cable in no time! I was immediately taken aback by the "soap opera" effect where all of the channels took on an overly realistic look to them when compared to our plasma TV. Shows meant to be dramatically lit were too bright and smoothed. Big, blockbuster computer animated movies looked cheap! I almost took it back. However; I did some quick internet research and discovered that the factory picture settings caused this effect. You can buy a calibration DVD, or just search for the tv's model number with "picture settings" after it and a number of sites should pop up. Once I used these recommended settings, the TV displayed the beautiful, bright picture I saw in the store! Don't be afraid to tweak these picture settings to your own liking. You'll also have to adjust the settings for each source on the TV, as they're all independently configurable. We've had the TV for almost two months and we're still very pleased with the purchase. You will be too!

I love the Samsung tv. The picture is absolutely fantastic. You feel like your actually there. The tv is light weight which was extremely helpful since as a woman you usually need assistance with any type of electronics. But not in this case. I was able to set the television up all by myself. I didn't care for the instruction manual. However overall I would highly recommend this tv.

I am extremely happy with my purchase. This television has all the features that you would need. The picture is fabulous. I have no issue with sporting events. The only issue I have is the remote control. A QWERTY remote would be great. Consequently, I hooked up a wireless keyboard which helped immensely. However, it did not work as expected on some apps (Facebook). I knew going in that the sound would not be great so that was not an issue. I like the amount and availability of the connections. Set up was easy as was hooking up all the other components. I have an external hard drive, Blu-Ray player, wireless keyboard and Wii. All in all, suited my tastes.

This TV is fantastic! Love that it has so many functions and the picture is awesome. My only concern is the stand not being sturdy enough, especially with a 2 year old in the house. It's the perfect TV for mounting on the wall but we have an entertainment center so it has to be on the stand.

It was light and easy to get out of the box even though it was so large. Easy attachment of stand. Simple controls and beautiful picture quality with very little tweaking needed. Set up and ready to go in about twenty minutes.

the tv fits my needs the picture is clear and crisp it is very user friendly. the size of the tv for being 55" is great it is samller then the 52" i replaced it with, being able to go on the internet is great,but didn't care for the remote being the mouse kind of hard to use.

Great t.v. with a awesome picture. Got this 55inch led samsung while it was on sale and i think it was a great deal. if there was one thing i would want that it doesnt have it would be the 240hrz refresh rate.

The picture quality is excellent. Spent an hour adjusting the picture to get it just right. The sound is a little weak so don't expect it to fill a large room with sound. This is probably due to the very thin design. When mounted on the wall it looks like a framed picture on the wall rather than a TV since it is so thin.

I really like this TV. Did lots of research before making this purchase. Probably 6 months worth at least. When I finally purchased product and got it all set up, I was quite happy. Basically it's easy to set up, sounds good, and looks even better.

Overall, it's a great tv. You can't go wrong purchasing this! The picture is superb. Don't expect to have quality sound. Thinner the tv, the worse the speakers. It's a must to buy some sort of surround sound, even if it's just a sound bar. You'll appreciate the HD sound as well as the HD picture. This is my second Samsung tv and haven't been disappointed. It looks great on the wall. If you decide to purchase a full blown surround sound, let those guys install it. It's well worth it. It took them 4hrs to do mine. One additional features that I enjoy...if you have a Samsung S3 or Samsung Note 2, it will interact with the tv, which is awesome. If you have photos on your phone, you can seamlessly connect to your tv and show them. There's alot more I can say, but you'll be reading this for another 15 mins. I recommend this tv.

Great TV. Picture quality is great and being able to connect to the internet is key. I can turn on Netflix for the kids in the morning while I am getting ready for work.

Samsung did it again with this one. love the slim design. movies look great as well as HD channels, its like you are in the show. Game mode on the TV brought a whole new feeling to gaming. The whole family loves this TV.

This tv is awesome. Has excellent picture quality and tons of apps for everybody.price tag is a little high but what quality tv isn't.i would recommend this Samsung smart tv to anyone looking for quality and function
