Picture quality is very good I have not used a lot of the internet features yet but they seem to be fast. Says it does skype but it doesn't come up when I search for it. I haven't addressed the problem yet though.

I am glad I got the 55 inch TV. Was debating whether the TV would be too large for the family room, but it is perfect. I also got the same size for the bedroom. Great picture and sound. Great value for the money.

TV hook up was easy, Picture great. I spent HOURS on the phone with multiple Samsung support people and was transferred up the line to the subspecialists several times and still was unable to get internet through the SmartHub. Apparently it is an issue with certain internet providers. If you can get connected--it would be a great tv!!!

We needed a new TV when my daughter put a toy into the old one. We did not need or want 3D capability but were looking fora WiFi capable smart TV. This model for perfectly met our requirements and expectations.

There were other TV's that were the same size but cheaper, but for the picture quality and feature set, this TV was an excellent deal. Blueray player and TV remote were interchangeable, which was a nice feature.

Great HD picture - I mean seriously.. incredible. Sound is lacking becuz TV is so thin, not much on speakers. But I added sound bar when I bought TV (got $50 off to combine both). Love internet connection too.

This is my second LED TV and I am not disappointed. The clarity of the picture is amazing. I turned the auto dimming off because I didn't like the dullness of the picture in low light. Not a problem anymore.

This tv replaced our old box tv, so it was bigger, brighter, and clearer by far! we luv it, especially my husband, cuz he watches alot of sports. Great purchase, and I loved my sales guy too, very helpful.

I went to buy a tv, been in the market and looked at the different tv. Old TV, a sony was a plasma HD. I am so shocked at the how clear the new tv is. It a great view. I am a new proud owner of a great TV

I love this smart TV with its different features. The flat panel is great 'coz it occupies less space and light enough for 2 people to carry. in comparison to my former big box 60 inch projection SD TV.

Superb TV with edge lighting makes picture unbelievably sharp and clear. Internet connection was quick and easy. Only has one composite video input. Would be good to have another set of A/V inputs on the side. Only has 3 HDMI inputs. Price went down 2 weeks after I bought it and Best Buy refunded the $100 difference.

At this point I am very pleased with my purchase. Again, will be even more pleased when it is calibrated which we will have done when the TV has run for approx. 200 hours. I am able to have it calibrated for free through an offer I have received from Best Buy. I have never really been disappointed with any product that I have purchased from Best Buy. If there was a problem they have always fixed it. Very good to deal with. Have purchased quite a few items from them.

Excellent picture and easy to use Internet features, as long as you're willing to pay the price. I recommend finding a display model or returned item to knock some $$$ off like we did.

Overall - we absolutely love this TV! Beautiful picture and sound. Just make sure you update the TV in the settings, otherwise you will have a difficult time connecting to the internet.

Nice TV for the price. Easy set up even for technology - challenged customers. Looking to purchase a new receiver and blu ray player to enhance the features and capabilities of the TV.

This tv has a great picture and turns on and off very quickly. Audio leaves a lot to be desired. The ability to stream Netflix is nice.

The TV is great. I love the apps, Amazon, Netflix and the personal apps that I can buy. I haven't yet, but I plan to. I'm so glad I went with a smart tv. It makes streaming abreeze.

Samsung makes a great quality product, I purchased a 46" 4 years ago and it still has a fantasic picture. Purchased a 55" Smart TV for the additional options which work great.

Very reluctant when it comes to buyers remorse on higher dollar items, but I have zero complaints about this tv. Awesome resolution, quality, great price, great design ect.
