I mounted this in my extended kitchen. Picture is vibrant and very clear even in daylight. Refresh rate and 4K with Rocu is awesome.

This TV is an absolute beast. If you know how to tweak the setting correctly of course. The speakers it comes with have good clarity and the price I got this for (749 Veterans Day sale) makes me enjoy the product even more. If this tv is less than 900 get it! The picture options are super flexible and I personal dislike game mode so I tweaked it and created a perfect blend for my gaming needs. The internet apps are super snappy and cable management is a god send. Samsung, keep delivering the best.

Samsung always hits the mark with their screens. Peak brightness isn’t super high so if your viewing area is brightly lit the tv won’t seem too bright, but it’s not a problem. The colors and sharpness you can get from this tv are fantastic. This is also probably the first tv that successfully implemented a gaming mode that’s worth using for your consoles. It really gives those 30 FPS locked games a 60 FPS feel. Sound is above average, but not amazing. Surprising levels of bass come from this tv, but as always a good sound bar is the way to go if you want a good audio experience without investing in a high end sound system. Great UI and being able to run your smart things devices from the tv is very convenient. Highly recommend!

I bought this for my mom. 90+ years old. She loved the picture. And it really helped her with the ease of use.

Picture is amazing clear Bought for watching sporting events due to having a 120hz refresh rate. Has not disappointed me yet!

Our wall t.v.made a sound like a gun shot one night and went completely dead. It really wasn’t that old and it was a good brand ( Samsung ). We purchased another Samsung and were able to add inches to the size of the screen as the frame size of the newer model was much smaller. The screen was so much better it was truly amazing and even the newer wall brackets gave us much more flexibility for viewing. The new t.v. was also lighter making it easier to mount. We are very happy with our new t.v.

I returned a Vizio 4K for this Samsung 4K, and I can already tell a huge difference. The colors are truer, and the clarity is exceptional. Pretty easy to navigate, easy hook-up. This is our third Samsung. I thought I would give the Vizio a try since it had a couple more features. That was a huge mistake. The Vizio would turn itself off in the middle of viewing, and it did not get better. The Samsungs I own perform flawlessly. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone.

After reading many reviews and looking at the TV at the store for a while, I decided to purchase it and have no regrets. Many options and outlets on it and even though there are not many settings for the sound, my theater system (soon to be a soundbar and sub) will more than take care of that, but the tv sounds great and have not had any of the noises that some of the other reviews spoke of. Oh and the picture quality is excellent.... So go for it, you wont be disappointed..

I purchased this tv as a replacement for an older Samsung we had (same size), and I have to say this is far superior to the older model. Browsing is simple and easy, as my 5-YO son can operate the remote without issue or instruction, even to browse You Tube, and other apps. We have had this tv for about a month now, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking in this price range

Long time Samsung brand user. The 55 inch Samsung plasma tv this was replacing was going to be tough to equal. In staying in a price point that fit our needs the NU8000 was what we were looking for. Sleek design, fast motion processing and deep black lighting are all very impressive and the remote functions are spectacular. Sound quality is decent but still went with a 5.1 surround sound to compliment the experience. Looking forward to many years of immersive viewing.

This excels in many areas, UI is solid and great color/picture. The TV does noticeably have some struggles with hockey games and motion but all other uses it appears to do really really well.
