Very exciting TV, the clarity of the picture is astounding. The sound is not as great as I wanted, so we bought a sound bar. Now, it's just about perfect. My hearing isn't the greatest, so now it's great. I definitely will get another one when I'm ready to replace one in my living room.

Picture clarity and color is excellent for the money. Only issues have been getting sound switching from the sound bar to the TV speakers. It's probably just the way I've set it up or a setting. It's more than likely a user error instead of equipment. Other than that, I love it so far.

Bought this to replace an aging 65". Wow! Excellent picture! Hooked up easily to my sound bar. The only criticism that I'll give is with the remote-leaves a little bit to be desired

I ordered both a Samsung 55 inch 8000 series 4KTV & a TV Stand. The TV stand was put together by the Geek Squad and then they put the TV stand on and set it up for me and helped with the initial setup. The Smart TV Connected to my spectrum WIFI easily. The HULU app seems to work great.

This TV is not the highest resolution 4-K Tv you can get. But the picture is still amazing. I have it in my bedroom and it is like your in a movie theater.Bright and clear,good black levels. Sound is good,but would be better with surround sound. Overall very happy with me purchase.

I bought this as a open box for my bed room. I got a great deal, I didn’t think very much about it at first because I was just looking for a cheap tv to put in my room not know that this was a 8 series. The tv has great picture, sound, and fast response

Picture is super clear. Depth of field on HD broadcasts and streams is amazing! The only drawback I can find is that the remote is not very user friendly. I use a Harmony universal remote, so that is not a concern for me.

I was not sure what TV to buy but based upon several reviews I decided on the Samsung and am really happy with this decision. Excellent picture and sound. Best Buy delivered and set up and could not be more pleased with their service. Would definitely recommend this TV.

I like the picture and how thin the TV is in its entirety but for some reason i am having trouble with Apple TV to work correctly and my cable box sometimes has trouble on certain channels. I have not had a problem before with my Apple TV, it disconnects periodically. Maybe i should choose another TV, maybe i just bought a "bad" TV. Other than that, the settings and apps are pretty clear on how to use it.

Wanted blue tooth for headphones and this TV upgrade for the price over the lower models was too good to pass up. Picture and sound quality amazing. Make sure you have Best Buy match best Amazon offer. That is how I got tv down from $799 to $650. Highly recommended.

Love the tv. Really clear pic but affected by glare from necessary lights behind us.

The only thing I don't like is the sound. I am a little hard of hearing and some shows have to played way up on the volume. More so than other TVS in the house. I plan to get a sound bar. Picture is great.

Very pleased with this TV. Easy to navigate through Direct TV Hulu, Netflix and other apps. We had our previous TV only 4 months when it developed lines running across the screen. Best Buy replaced that TV with this one. Pleased with the TV and Best Buy’s service.

This TV is awesome. Crystal clear picture, easy setup and even easier integration with Samsung sound bar that completes a theatre like experience. The 240 MZ motion rate makes watching sports and action/motion a pleasure as seamless. Top marks for this set.

We were not even in the market for a new tv when we looked at this one. This is our third Samsung and it is by far the best one we’ve purchased. The picture quality is clear with great colors. Love this Samsung tv. It has definitely exceeded our expectations!

This is a nice sized TV. The smart features make for easy access to some of our streaming services. The only downside really is that the frame rate isn't that great considering the price. If you play video games with intense graphics, you are going to notice. For this reason alone I wish I had gotten a different one.
