This TV is awesome! Great picture, easy set up, and awesome features. I highly recommend it

I had a hard time deciding whether I should buy this 8-series at 55", or cheaper 7-series at 65". I settled with the 8-series and am very happy with the purchase. The picture is excellent as expected, but the integration of the Smart TV (including OTA, Roku, AppleTV, etc) is amazing. I love being able to use just one remote for everything. Paired with a Samsung Sound Bar, we have a value-packed entertainment setup.

Reasonably priced with good specs. Love the look, almost no bezel. Easy setup. Simple but intuitive remote control. Comes with dizzying array of extra. Happy with the picture quality. Considered OLED but ultimately decided to wait until the technology matures a bit more. After a long search, I felt this model offered great performance for the price.

If you're using for gaming, you'll want to fiddle with the settings...turn off eco, auto dim, etc., but even still, the picture is pretty great. I don't have anything 4k to hook up to it and play, but a buddy has the same tv and it looks amazing on his. Setup was super easy, universal remote works with the PS4, TV Plus channels are awesome since I'm only rocking some rabbit ears and Netflix.

Samsung makes a great television and the picture is fabulous. The biggest improvement over our previous TV is the addition of the Smart TV features. Our viewing options have really expanded and it’s so easy to take advantage of those options. Plus we don’t have to check in with anyone about how to utilize the various features. Everything is available through our remote. We love this model.

Samsung has a great picture. The color is incredible. It is an easy tv to navigate.

To be honest, I do not keep up with all of the latest updates to all things electronic. But the Best Buy associate that assisted me with my purchase listened to the general description of what I was looking for and did a great job finding the right products for me. This TV was easy to set-up and is easy to use. The picture and sound with the additionally purchased sound bar is great.

I purchased My Samsung to replace a Sony whose technology was no longer current. I also had Best Buy handle the installation. So far, my new TV is everything I could hope for. The pictures is beautiful; the audio is awesome; the technology is easy to use. I just simply love it. You won't be disappointed.

I wait to provide my review until after I had the equipment for a month or two. That way the newness has worn off and the little irritations if any present themselves. I am happy to report, I have found no irritations. The picture is awesome, great refresh rate, great contrast, very lifelike.

Like everyone else, I wanted an OLED but my room gets too much light and I didn't have the budget. Originally I went really cheap with a Hisense H9EPlus...big mistake. Especially for gaming. I returned it and spent a little more (850 at the time) on this Samsung and there is a night and day different. Good for gaming with its adaptive refresh rate and free sync technology. Best 55" under 1000 but above 600 in my opinion for gaming.

Not much to say. It's a Samsung. Very satisfied with this purchase. Excellent picture and vibrant colors. Nice deep blacks and beautiful 4k display. Easy setup. Bought two 4k tv's before this and wound up returning both of them before purchasing this one. Very happy I did. Cost a little more but well worth it. You wont be dissapointed.

You will never go wrong with Samsung when looking for latest technology and superb picture quality. The associate was very knowledgeable of the full product line and found me the perfect TV for my requirements. This is a great smart TV and would recommend.

Our first smart TV, surprisingly intuitive. Love the picture, color, the contrast. I have low vision and I can finally see the evening scenes, follow the football, and the weather maps. I cannot wait for the UCONN women’s basketball games, as I will be able to follow the action as they pass the ball down the court!

I got this tv because it had HDR10 which I really needed. It looks phenomenal especially on my Xbox One X. Plus I got it for 200$ off for the Xmas sale. Highly recommended Caveat though You’ll want to invest in a sound bar w/sub. The volume is ok on the tv. But the sound bar makes it a 100 times bet

With small room, I opted to place in front of unused fireplace. No sore necks looking up above fire place. The center-based stand that comes with this TV was key. Stands with feet on both sides would not have worked. Great TV and easy to get additional apps installed. Simplified remote is easy to use.

Purchased this 4K smart television and I have nothing but high marks for it. The picture quality is superb. The sound bar that I bought with it is amazing and the smart features make this an amazing TV. I love watching the games on Sunday and being able to jump between HULU, Netflix and live TV is great.

We have only had the TV for a few weeks but it's an excellent TV. The picture quality is amazing with both cable TV and video games. Setup was a breeze. We mainly went with Samsung because we have other products that we have never had any issues with (phones, TVs, appliances). It is very high quality.

Decided on this to replace a 46 inch tv that wasn’t a smart tv. The smart feature has saved us the cost with all the free channels. Picture is great and like that picture goes all the way to edge. Wish the remote had a few more buttons but we have adjusted.

I reviewed TV's for 5 months repeatedly before settling on this purchase. I previously had a 2005 Samsung and it finally died after major home theater usage. Let me first say, negative reviews are one person's opinion as well as the positive. I have 100 speed wifi and this tv has ZERO lag with sports using the built in wifi, the color is amazing as well. The remote takes a few days to get use to and is too small for my liking, but it does the job. I recommend using the settings suggested by RTINGS, I haven't done them all yet, but it is your best bet for the best picture. There is a bit of soap opera effect with movies, but I haven't changed those settings yet and I do not notice picture blur or saturation issues viewing from an angle. I went with the NU8000 over the 7100 because of the reviews better lag/mudder response rate and after watching the first weekend of football this is a winner purchase for me, a little pricey compared to other TVs, but you get what you pay for is my philosophy.

This television is a very solid set with a great refresh rate! Everything is nice and crisp and has pretty good sound. Our old TV claimed to be a 4k but it was nowhere near the quality of this Samsung. If I had to do it over again, I would've definitely gone with Samsung. They never disappoint.
