For a mid-price TV it has a good picture. Have not had a chance to view it in full 4K. The upscale cable picture is clear and detailed.It was easy to set up . Apps like netflix and amazon work well.

My husband and I went to Best Buy to get a new television as our died. This is an expense you don’t jump into unless you have to so we were really reluctant. After reviewing several different models/prices etc. We decided on this one. We are more than satisfied. The picture is amazing and so crystal clear. It exceeded our expectations. The speed is fast and the sound is clear. We love it!

Had an older Samsung but wanted to upgrade to 4K. Super easy to set up and very enjoyable to watch. Much better picture even without 4K broadcast.

This is an upgrade to my long beloved plasma watching 4k is strange it almost looks unreal its so clear. Love how all the apps are on the smart tv.

It has bright rich colors with great sound. I had free sync technology for gaming unit like Xbox which allows for 4K gaming without video tearing

Just purchased it today after looking at different models in store in Encinitas. Adam, our sale representative, showed great patience showing us different models explaining in detail all features about each of them. We finally opted for this model and so far we are extremely pleased with the quality of sound, and crisp pictures showing details and true amazing colors, which makes it a great pleasure to watch tv, especially nature and animals documentaries. Would highly recommend this smart TV that is an incredible deal for this price range.

I was really worried about sound quality of new TVs after playing with a few in Best Buy. I felt this was worth it because of the each speakers and the sub (It's a bedroom TV so do not want a sound bar or anything). I've been very happy with my purchase. Only problem I've had with it so far is CEC not working with Nintendo Switch but seems like this might be a full disable on Samsungs part since the issues over this year as seen online. I would highly recommend this set if you do not want to waste time with additional audio equipment.

The TV is great other than that. At the very bottom edge of the screen there's maybe 1/4" line where the pixels are darker than the rest of the screen, almost appearing like a shadow. I've read that it's common with this model and I even noticed it on a store display model after seeing it on mine. I wish I spent a little more on an LG OLED. If you have this TV or are shopping for it, look at the bottom on a light evenly lit screen. I now can't unsee this darker/dimmer area and I doubt anyone else who notices will be able to either. The edges are evenly as bright on the top and sides as the rest of the screen, just darker on the bottom.
