Outstanding picture quality and simple remote control features as well as phone features. I would definitely recommend this tv to anyone who is looking for a great economical th with amazing features and easy to use remote.Got this as an open box and ended up saving even more money than if I had purchaed it brand new. Would definitely purchase again if I ever needed another tv.

Love this TV. I have a couple of other Samsung TVs, but this is my first QLED. There is a noticeable difference in the color and contrast, blacks appear much better. It is no OLED, but is half the cost. This model loads apps much faster than my 3-ish year old Samsung smart TV, significantly faster. The menus are also clearer and look much better.

This tv is great. The picture is great and so many different settings for those that care about how the picture looks. Not too pricey either. I love the solar charging remote and that you can use it almost anywhere in the same room and the tv will pick up the remotes signal. Samsung makes quality products. If I had thing bad to say it's that it's too bright, but that's easily fixed.

I think this Samsung TV is excellent. The written instructions that came with it were not helpful to me, but it turned out that I didn’t need them. The TV has many built in prompts to assist in set up, selection of HD, detection of a cable or satellite system, remote pairing, and other set up issues. I had it up and running in about 2 hours out of the box. About 3 weeks in, we have experienced no negative issues. I haven’t streamed with it yet, but all of the outlets appear when I turn the set on so I don’t anticipate a problem there when the time comes to stream. I thought the light powered remote was a nice touch. Hooray for no batteries! The price was a bit higher than TVs of similar dimension, but having owned one of the less expensive sets, I can say this TV was worth the price. Picture and sound are head and shoulders above those less expensive models.

I was looking for a TV to max out my settings for my PS5, I wanted something that not only would look great for gaming but also put out a good picture for movies and streaming content. I came to best buy originally look for a gaming monitor until I came across this TV and decided to take a chance. Not only does this max out my PS5 settings at 120 hz but it does not sacrifice video quality. Speakers are standard tv speakers not the best sound but no one buys tv's for its sound. Pair with a decent Sound system and you got a fantastic experience. This tv has exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this for gamers and movie goers alike. Very worth the price tag in fact this out shines some of the more expensive tvs.

Nice TV good picture easy to set up and more user friendly remote than my LG… Actually eliminates an extra remote. only con is remote is solar with usb c but no charging cable provided.

I love my TV. The picture is awesome! Real-life! I bought it with the Samsung sound bar and had both delivered and set up by the Geek Squad. As an old lady, arthritis in my hands, I would never have been able to get the TV out of the box so shout out to Geek Squad! This isn't my first samsung. It was super easy to set up (I use fire stick).

I am somewhat satisfied with the TV. The picture is really good but the operating system is not the best. I had a Google TV before this and it ran 100x better. This TV lags often and it is very complicated to grasp the software. For example, every time I turn the TV on the samsung free live TV starts playing. I have no idea how to turn that off. I've had this TV for almost a month and I barely know how it works. I get lost in the operating system. For a SAMSUNG it surprisingly doesn't give you a lot of room to customize it, or maybe it is too complicated to figure out. In addition, I thought I was getting an amazing deal on open box. The open box listing said it was brand new, unused, just opem box. Unfortunately , I received a definitely used TV, covered in dust, and I think the lagging is probably due to that also. So overall, 3 stars is probably too high. I like the tv when it is playing movies and shows, but I do not like working with it at all and I am not satisfied with this BestBuy purchase.

So far this is my second time getting this model in a 2 month period. The first model i wanted and got had a burned out pixel then best buy stopped making that tv so i paid 200 more and got insurance then got this model. It too had a burned out pixel after being without a tv for 4 days. Went to exchange it and the manager did nothing for me except swap after i recieved 2 defective tvs in a row and after i paid extra money for this new tv. The tv iteslf is pretty good nice picture and audio is ok. It looks great with 4k movies and works well on my ps5. I like that i can pair my bluetooth head phones with it. I hope it lasts longer than 5 years. Not sure if ill buy a tv through best buy again but this tv is a good choice. Also it has a chargeable remote which is smart.

I really enjoy the tv, I love how you can use the internet and enjoy my PlayStation and switch games. It’s awesome that fps can go up to 120 if needed which is way more than enough for fast paced enjoyable gaming.

I absolutely love the Samsung TVs, I have a much larger one for the living room and bought this one for the bedroom. The picture is very good, sound is good, and it's easy to use.

Very good picture, easy set up, logical menu navigation. Samsung TV Plus channels are a pleasant surprise.

Great TV, with a easy to use OS and the middle pedestal makes it easy to use with any furniture. The picture is stunning and the setting are easy to use.

Beautiful picture. works great with the box. The size is just right for our gaming use. Easy to set up and the controls and options are intuitive.

Bought this TV in December 2021 and still very happy with it. We do use it with a Roku Streambar, which improves the somewhat "meh" sound system of the tv itself. The picture is very good and haven't had any issues in the almost year that we've owned it (knock on wood). I bought this model for the center style stand, which we needed for our vintage furniture piece turned media stand. Wish more TVs came with a center style stand - it's a much better aesthetic. Our last Samsung tv was going strong for over a decade, until I accidentally broke it (it still sort of works lol), and I hope this one lasts as long. Anyways, since most reviews are written within days or weeks of purchase, just wanted to offer a more long term opinion.

Excellent Tv! Love everything about it. The screen quality is beautiful. The picture quality for movies is outstanding and xbox series x games are awesome quality on here. The sound quality is not great, so I would recommend using a sound bar with the tv. It is super easy to set up. I love the bluetooth feature, so you can even connect your wireless earbuds to the TV easily. Its also super thin and just a high quality TV all around. I am happy with my purchase.

The picture quality is phenomenal, colors pop even better than my other 4 k tv. There isn't any blurring with sports at all. Also, gaming on a PS5 is even more jaw dropping on this TV. Streams with ease and very easy to manuever around on with their simple remote. I purchased a 55" for me, a 65" for my Dad and I will be purchasing a 75" for my living room. The 120 hz refresh rate is well worth the higher cost!!!!
